They will charge you to print your return labels, computer fee and credit card up charge. Don’t mind it, just surprised I wasn’t asked if that was okay until after the package had been made ready to return. Recommend checking out a different UPS drop off location.

Very rude clerk. When asked for my receipt upon sending in my equipment clerk pushed my package back to me and said go to FedEx kinkos and that he won't be helping me here simply as I asked for a receipt.

I chose this location as it is close to home and I needed a PO box for my side business. I explained to them that I would be receiving packages and mailing using the address, which they were fine with and I gladly paid an annual rate of $300 for a large box since I would be getting packages. I mostly ship using my own discounted shipping labels and needed a place to be able to send and receive without having to drive to the post office. I even used their services to mail a package (with a 50% upcharge) because I want to support their business. Recently I went in to drop off several packages and the owner refused to take any USPS packages from me, he stated he only takes FedEx and UPS; rather than argue with him over it since he had a customer I left and drove to the post office that was 20 minutes away (mind you this is on my lunch hour). I called him later and he explained it is a liability issue for him since the USPS does not scan packages and if something gets lost it is his responsibility or a Customer will at least blame him for the loss and ask him to compensate them for their loss; understandable response. My problem is that at no time did they say they would not accept USPS packages when I signed up for the PO Box (the $300 fees are non-refundable). So I have a PO Box for the next year which is almost useless to me since I cannot mail out from that location. If you choose to rent a PO Box here be aware that they do no accept packages from literally the largest carrier of packages in the United States but they will gladly charge you an inflated price to mail USPS if you buy from them, seems fair right? When I spoke to the owners they seemed like very nice people but with these type of business practices I would go elsewhere.

Been going there for years. Nice family owned business run by nice people. Prices are fair, I’d rather spend a little extra to help support a family owned business.

Just to print out two copies of the same document it costs $4.50 to use the computer and 25 cents per copy ( it costs 45 cents to use color ). I didnt need to color but took it anyways due to time constraints. Spent $5.95 to print out two documents, smh

The employees that work here are extremely rude, I’ve gone a couple of different occasions and received poor customer service each time. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been going there for a very very long time. They are very nice people. Prices are about the same as any other post office would be. I always go there. They are pretty convenient because they have a notary, computer, fax, print, scan, copy, and many other things.
