I have a PO Box. It’s great! He held my little package for a month for me and I received another so far. Nice and easy with that 20 minute parking. Can confirm it’s good. Just don’t use it if you need early morning access, make sure to check the hours before signing up if you have a business to run or something. That’s the only negative. But it is open later so that’s a plus too.

I have been an owner of a PO Box for my business here for a little over a year and a half here. The owner is very friendly and professional. I enjoy coming here as part of my weekly routine to pick up my Amazon orders, PR gifts and more. I live nearby in apts and we have a community mail center, which I don’t trust because my packages would always end up missing. I love it here! So easy + convenient!

A different adventure almost every time I visit this place. Sometimes it's easy, and sometimes it's a chore to go to this place, but never enough to keep me from using it for convenience. Today, however, went at lunch, and it's closed for their lunch break. Ok, no biggie, doing some running around anyway, and decided to come back later. Went back an hour later, and the place was open again with one customer waiting, but no service person to be found ... listening closely enough, I was able to hear snoring and heavy breathing coming from the back. I shouted "hello!", but to no avail. Maybe you'll get help, maybe you won't. Not sure I'll go back at this point ... it's a roll of the dice.

I sent a package using USPS. The tracking number given does not exist. USPS site states that label was created but package is not in the system. The package never arrived. When I called to get help, they are most unhelpful. I wonder if they kept my package and this is why it is not in the USPS system.

I own a Virtul Mailbox at this location, Mr. KAY he's the manager at thus koolest dude ever,very helpful and understanding I watched other customers comes here and his customer service to everyone is outstanding, friendly , respectful, also rest of team is great as well , I definitely recommend this place 5 STARS ⭐.

I have been having my mailbox here for many years with great service and most important letters delivered. I have the key to the store now and can check my mail any time, 24 hours. The new virtual mailboxes are only $10 per month plus any extra services, but I live in the area and can check my physical mailbox any time while visiting Randall's next door or Panera Bread, even. If I leave the area, I will switch to a virtual mailbox, like having an extra employee working for me in Houston.

Came to the establishment at 6:23PM and place was closed. If your business hours has changed, the least you could do is update them. That's just so unprofessional and bad for business.Went to FedEx and got everything done. Never coming back to Mail and Copies. I see why there's other bad reviews about this business . STAY AWAY

Usually a more preferable option than the post office. But when I took a Canadian-bound parcel there and was quoted a surprisingly high price, I asked it there were any cheaper options there, or via the post office. I was told no, there were not, there or via USPS. But there were! At the post office. I could've saved dozens of dollars. Ineptitude? Misleading info? Take your pick; I won't be back.

*** BE WARY *** They do not provide the service(s) that you pay for. I signed up for email notification for packages -- does not happen. And still have not received the key that is supposed to grant me 24-hour access to my mailbox that was promised to me when I signed up because "the key machine is not working". I have asked on more than one occasion to be notified when I can come pick up the key. Not a peep out of them. It has been 9 months now. When you bring things to their attention, they deflect and deny.
