They give you the person that doesnt speak a bit of english - which isnt a problem if what I asked for was done correctly especially considering one of workers spoke perfect english. I asked to get my hair washed and layered, I even showed the lady what layered meant in spanish on google translate and she agreed. She trimmed my hair and started blow drying it although I told her I didn’t care to dry it, then she tells me she’s finished and they dont take card which is all that i’ve brought because I was NOT told beforehand they only take cash. Her coworker then tells me she told the lady to tell me I needed cash but “maybe she didn’t understand” mind you she’s telling me all of this in english so she could have easily told me. To top it off they give me the managers number, he’s as unhelpful as the ladies inside the salon. I had to leave my car keys and walk to the nearest ATM Then they tell me the price is $55…. for a hair WASH and not even an inch was trimmed off…. definitely the worst salon I have ever gone to in my life.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

Made an appointment only to get skipped over after waiting 30 minutes past my 2:45 appointment time. No sign in sheet, no front desk to check in, just first come first serve. I wouldn't have wasted my time had I been told on the phone they don't do appointments.
