I loved the location such a neat, clean and organized store. The sales associates were really helpful and friendly. Only downside is location a little hard to get too and find parking but worth the trek!

Yesterday, I visited this particular location and all the sales associates were so nice. They were extremely helpful. I was able to purchase a pair of the highly sought-after barrel jeans and they fit perfectly. While I could easily order the jeans online or from another store, I will definitely be returning to this location because the service is exceptional.

Madewell, what happened to you?!! My recent visit was the worst experience I’ve had at your store. This used to be such a fun and cute place to shop, but it has turned into a complete mess. The associates and the manager were incredibly rude. They didn’t close the store but started vacuuming loudly in the fitting rooms, turned off the music, and made us feel like we were being hurried out. The only pleasant person was Linen.
If you want to shop at Madewell, I recommend going to the Galleria location instead. The staff there are probably nicer, and their AC actually works! Good luck if you decide to visit this location—I hope they treat you better than they did us.

I went in today just to look; I had never been into the store before. I don’t recall the name of the lady who greeted me, but she had dark hair and wore glasses. She was super friendly and I felt very welcomed. Lovely experience!

Came by today 5/1/2024 at around 12 and Daphne and another lady that spoke Spanish treated me like a VIP customer. SUPER nice, went above and beyond and were VERY helpful. I have been a madewell customer for years and I was truly impressed today by their customer service. By far my best experience at one of these locations.

By far my favorite Madewell to go to! I’ve been coming to this location for years and it has always been a wonderful experience. The workers are always welcoming and super helpful and nice. Lyndon ( I hope I spelled her name right) is the best every time I come in and see her she always has a smile on her face and is so nice and helpful with whatever I need. Definitely come to this location if you want a great shopping experience.

Madewell is fast becoming one of my favorite stores. The quality of the clothing is top notch, hence the name. The styles are classic but unique and eye catching. I found a khaki jacket that had a vintage safari look in the men’s section that gets more compliments and is so functional with big pockets. It’s has been my “go to” this last fall and winter.Just purchased 2 pair of the Harlow wide leg trousers made of a drapey TENCEL™ lyocell and linen blend. I had to look that up! These pants are so comfortable for an evening out or to wear at the office.Oh, inquire about the recycle Jean program! What a deal!!

Horrible management at city centre location. The girls working here are amazing helpful and energized but the manager is suffering her job. Not align with the store vibe.

This store has always been a great experience until today, I asked the sales associate if she had a new pair of sunglasses I wanted to purchase in the back, since the sunglasses on the floor had scratches on them and she said they should have extra sunglasses in the back but that I could just take the ones on the floor if I wanted to. It felt as if she had no interest in helping someone trying to make a purchase or as if I was asking for something I should not have. I’ll go to another store thank you.

They close the earliest compared to other stores in Citycentre during the week (7pm). In fact, they don’t stay open until 7pm because they will statt to shutdown before!

Danya was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable when helping me find a pair of jeans. She definitely knew her product and helped me find two wonder denims I’m excited to wear.
