Disappointed visit and never coming again. Spoke to Luis to make an appt for a full diagnostic + electrical concerns + multi-point state inspection. I specifically told the gentlemen it’s my first time at this dealer, my engine light is on + there are other things Im past due that I know I need service on so a diagnostic test would be best. He booked an appt at 3p on a Friday and said the multi state inspection is free. I arrived at 2p and spoke with Larry who right away told me that they can’t do all services because it’s not just one person looking at my car and that it has to get passed around different areas. That it’s ONLY going to be seen for my check engine light. I explained to him that I came for other things he then cuts me off and condescendingly says “this is not like the doctor’s office where you have an appt secured and you’ll be seen with the doctor. It’s not like that here. It doesn’t make a difference if you made an appt bc whenever you come in there could be 20 cars in front of you and you could be here all day” So I asked him what’s the point of an appointment then? Never have I ever been told that in other dealerships for a diagnostic test. It would’ve made sense if i came in to get my car fixed but this was a simple diagnostic test. That comment made me upset. He then says “I will see if the tech has time to do the multi-state inspection then said he would have to charge me another $178.99 for their time bc they work by the hour??? For a multi-state inspection? I don’t think so. I believe this man was confused because nothing he said made any sense. I told him the representative I spoke to on the phone assured me both things could be done today. He then goes on by saying “this isn’t going to change the fact that we can’t see your car other than the check engine light. We have other cars here. Yours isn’t the only one.” For me this translates to I don’t care what that person said to you as your car isn’t important because you’re just getting a test while others actually have to work on it. No empathy, no apology for the misunderstanding nothing. He later gives me diagnostic paper without any explanation on what any of the results. When I asked for one he was very rushed, short, cut and dry description of what is needed. Again, he’s acting like this a complete waste of time for him. He then asks me if I’m going to service my car and I say no. As he leaves he goes on by saying something I couldn’t make out and ended with we want to fix your car at the end of the day ok. This customer service experience did not value my time nor does it address the customers concerns professionally. Do not waste your time here especially if you’re a female. Apparently appointments are useless and they go based off the techs mood and “if” he has time. (Representative: Larry Lebeck)

When i first got to the location i went to the express service area. A nice lady (forgot her name sorry) told me i was in the incorrect area and directed me to the right spot and told me i was looking for Larry L. Found Larry he helped me out exceptionally well! I have really bad social anxiety and talking to new people really stresses me out because you never know how people will treat or react. He got me checked in , sent an uber to and from the shop, all in all 10/10 experience

I have purchased many cars from Mack HaikLast year i purchased s new 2023 Chevrolet high country truck i went to trade it in for a tahoe and was very insulted by the offer i got the truck is in excellent condition low mileage they offered me almost $30,000 less than i paid. It’s a shame i like my salesman very much but i know this is out of his hands.

We I called asking about a certain vehicle I was told that it was on a wait list. But the sales representative Bryan Lacy went above and beyond to find us one, even when it was out of state. They went and got it for us. The service we received was awesome. If and when we need to buy a new vehicle we will be going back to the dealership and to see Bryan again.

Abel was a great sales agent. He took time to explain everything to us as it was happening. He didn't let road blocks stop us from getting the car. He was patient, kind & personable. Overall the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.
