I was there in a rush between errands to get a surprise gift. I was greeted sweetly by Ashley and she made the whole process go so smoothly. I had already had an idea of what I wanted, but I wasn’t 100% on names. She knew exactly what I was looking for. One thing I wanted was out of stock, but the other girl there knew when they would be getting in. Overall a great experience! And thank you so much again Ashley!!

You can’t go wrong with any Lush store and this location was no exception. The kind associate helped me locate the exact product I went in for and was so thoughtful as she helped occupy my sticky fingered toddler who wanted to touch everything in sight (who doesn’t when they’re in there!) as I checked out at the counter. Always a lovely experience

I love lush, they have amazing products. I would suggest stopping in here and having a look around no matter your age. The products they have are good quality and moderately priced. The shampoo bars, bath bombs, soaps, lotions, and scents are really amazing. I would not recommend the conditioner bars or the toothy tabs though. The staff members at this location are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. You will never go back to bath and body works for yourself or anyone that you do not dislike after coming here. I only wish they had a larger in-store selection and more product demonstrations.
I retract my statement, I had an experience with a staff member at a Lush outlet that changed my view on the company at a core level. I may have like their products but after that day I have not and will not ever patronize them again.

To the two fabulous Lush employees working this morning around 12:30 or so, thank you! I was only there for a pickup order and they so kindly insisted they’d be happy to let me try anything I might be interested in. I shared my curiosity about the new Lord of Misrule products and they very enthusiastically made sure I left with a sample. I will be back! Thanks guys :)

I sample some items, especially the teeth tablets that you chew and brush for whiter teeth! I found out that these stores are now in Canada!! Happy me!!! Staff was very helpful and sweet. The place smelt amazing. This is an all natural store.

Eh I don’t know…I always shop with Lush mainly for bath bombs, lotion, bubble bars, sometimes soap bars. But I don’t know about shopping here again at this location with how I was treated today when I walked in. There was no “Hello” no welcome and the whole time I was shopping around, and asking questions, I don’t know… this one lady that worked there was just so smart talking (in a rude way of course) and a bit sarcastic, treating me like I’m dumb and don’t belong, just making me feel so I UN-welcomed.However, once I started talking about the products I was looking for and products i know, even some I’m waiting on coming in the mail because I always order, sort of in bulk to where I do big orders, she started toning down the way she was treating me and was being a bit more I guess nice and interested in helping.Then when I said thank you for the help, “mmhmm” she said but no one said “have a nice day” or anything when I was walking out.Whatever, I guess some people do just get treated based of looks and appearances.I even asked her why do some bath bombs look more lively in the store versus when you get them shipped home and she was like “have you ever—“… “when’s the last time you’ve been to a lush store *chuckles*, because I mean they’ve always been the same” and I was like just last month probably 3 weeks ago and she was like “nope never changed. Always been like this.”Then another worker (guy) asks me what was my question and he explained and then she tries to hop in “yeah because yours gets shipped with packing peanuts while we get our shipments in big pallets that’s why they look a little more fresh and live, trust me we’re not a fake lush store” okay??… hahah pretty much saying it like “yeah we’re special. We have to get ours with special packaging so the colors and glitters are there.”THOUGH, none of this happen last time.Will still continue to shop with lush of course! And if I go in person… the woodlands or highland village for sure!!!
