Received these on the 17th and today is the 19th and two of the roses are dying. It was a dozen rose bouquet and these two looked very different since the beginning compared to the rest as you can see. The texture is very different compared to the rest and they never bloomed. For a $100 bouquet this should not be an issue. Additionally, there should’ve been two more colors of the roses but we were called and told they didn’t have one of them (that’s fine), then on the day of pickup, they told us there was another color that they couldn’t get. The bouquet is beautiful but they should’ve told us asap and not at the last minute that what we wanted wasn’t available so we could’ve come with a solution because this doesn’t look like the pictures that I requested.

This was my first time buying “fancy flowers” ~ I didn’t know what I was doing and they were very helpful with explaining everything to me. I initially got flowers in a vase when they needed to be wrapped (my mistake). I brought them back and they fixed me all up. Very great service and super nice staff!!

I can’t possibly put into words how amazing these ladies are. I walked in the shop needing a same day miracle to happen. They blew me away when they said “we can help!”
They made a bouquet for prom in TWO HOURS!!!
I understood these types of requests may not always be able to be met. I also understand that there are some really amazing people out there that want to help and just made a customer for life.

Our vision for our wedding was a little bit of a romantic Spring, French garden party theme, and we couldn't have asked or imagined how breathtakingly gorgeous it would be. The entire venue smelled so fresh and heavenly with your florals and our guests cannot stop talking about them.
Rene', when you took me to do a walk through and I immediately started crying, this was the sign that you and your team NAILED IT! To top it off, you even had our special flowers flown in from Holland, which we cannot thank you enough for. You have a customer for life! This was my first time using this shop. I had been calling around to find someone to deliver something ASAP, which is hard for a Saturday morning. When I reached out to Lush Flowers, the receptionist was very friendly. She asked me my price range, my color choices, the message I wanted to send and information for the receiver- wa-la it was sent to my friend's house in a matter of hours and it was BEAUTIFUL. Definitely recommend and will use this shop again.

I pod $70 bucks for the most luxurious bouquet they offered, and paid for same day delivery. I could not believe that I got! 4-5 variable flowers with two green leaves in between. I was embarrassed that it came with from me. I think they went to Walmart and bought $9.99 option and some vase for $5. I would have absolutely ask for a refund but I didn't have time dealing with them.
