In general, when I am visiting Lowes, I do not need any assistance. If I do, it is sometimes a chore to find an associate. But I digress. The store is always well stocked, and when I do find an associate, they are friendly and helpful.

We have been a customer here since 2006 as it is our neighborhood Lowe's. The recent experience and customer service we have received it is nothing but unacceptable.
We purchased a home generator at this location and it was sold to me defective, once I came back to request assistance with replacing the broken part the representative says they can't do anything and I need to go through Generac. It has been a frustrating experience as the manufacturer says it needs to be completed by the authorized dealer, and this is the Lowe's where I bought the product, and they say they can't do anything.
Please beware of this before you purchase a generator from Lowe's, and I would recommend just going with an authorized dealer who will help with issues.

horrible place to do business with if you're catering to them "Hala" doesn't care at all about the catering drivers who deliver to them. last time I delivered to them they tipped 5 dollars on a 300 dollar order. today specifically said not to tip on a 100 dollar order...I bought my 700$ generator at lowes and I will never spend another dime with them thanks to this horrible person. I recommend you don't waste your money here because they DO NOT return the thanks to the community through interbusiness relations. the most messed up thing about it is the fact this is right after a natural disaster so driving conditions are easily worse than usual. but I'm sure the representative who ordered doesn't care at all. it's sad really
update: they have now ordered over 200$ and still don't show appreciation.

Came by to get some materials walked up to the cashier and was greeted in Spanish replied in English “hi, how you doing? Cashier you look Spanish..awkward silent from there he didn’t say anything not even my total when he was done he threw my things in a bag and threw my receipt on the counter terminal 12 12:24pm 6/21/24

WORST LOCATION. Did a pickup & waited 35 mins for no one to come out. Had to go inside & get it myself. If they weren’t doing pick up then don’t offer that!!!!

Worst customer service ever! I made a bosch vacuum order online for pick up. It shows it will be ready for pick up in two days, and it takes them seven days to have it ready. I went to the store to cancel the order, and the manager wants to charge me a 20% restocking fee for an item never picked up or used.
