Don't by at this lowes or maybe any lowes, for was informed they aren't making any returns or store credit if you don't have proof you bought it, and the reason I say don't buy I understand you need receipt, it is because even if you paid with a credit card there system erases all proof of purchases which means you may even have bought it same day and it will not show you bought it or you will have to go to the store you purchased it and even then they will state there is nothing there so don't go through this stress buy at homedepot much easier or any other place needing of home improvement heads up they changed there policies and will fight you for your own money.

Difficult to get help in the tool department, same problem on previous visit.
No help needed today, but selection of lengths of edging was poor.

Absolutely no customer service. Stood over 10 minutes waiting on paint service. Self check out girl had to call twice for help. Where are all the staff??

I went to Lowe's today and was disappointed with the service at the self-checkout stations. The attendant was rude and spoke to customers (myself included) in a commanding manner, which made the experience unpleasant. I've been coming to this Lowe's for many years. People need to be treated respectfully and not like kids. I hope Lowe's will address this type of behavior to ensure a better customer experience.

Ran up there to grab screws to get a stuck screw out of my car. Me a tall black man that teaches in a special education classroom. He helped me get in and out quickly and gave me some life gems as we picked up my needed items.
