It has been a long time since I've been to the Galleria. Things have changed so much! My sister wanted to go to the Louis Vuitton store to pick up her order. My sister texted her sales associate and let her know we were on the way. Smooth transaction. We were in and out less than ten minutes. The Louis Vuitton store was in the middle of renovation, space were limited and it was crowded. While waiting for my sister sales associate we were approached by many other sales associate and asked if we need any assistance. Very kind and service was spectacular. We were offered complimentary drinks while we wait. A few weeks went by and I could not stop thinking about a handbag, so I decided to text my sales associate to make an appointment to come in and order my handbag. If you need a sales associate that is very kind and patience, message me. I'll share my contact.

i wish i could leave zero stars for the rude associate who called herself a “manager”. I believe her name was ASHLEY. With such rude attitude for a luxury company. Embarrassing!

Absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. I brought in a brand new bag that I’ve had for 90 days and never used. The adhesive is peeling off the top of the bag and as instructed by their customer service, I brought it in to the store and they said that it was not a quality issue and refused to exchange it for me. The only exception was Annie who was so sweet and apologetic. Will not be going back to this location.

I received two items as a gift this Xmas. LV gave me so much heartache about exchanging a scarf that I received as a Xmas gift about it being snagged when I didn’t even wear it. I literally just opened the box and looked at and put it back in the box. I was going to just ask for store credit but due to the scarf issue, I decided just to have them return the other item to the original card holder. However, the sales associate Chasity and Danny lied to me about not being able to return it onto the original card holder because ironically they decided to let me return it the next day to the original card holder without the card being present. Sad to say, I loved LV and spent lots with them over the years but I will no longer support their inconsistent treatment to a once loyal customer.

This was my second time shopping here at the LV Galleria. While the first time I did not purchase anything, everyone was kind and very helpful with my inquiries. This past weekend in the Houston Galleria I went to LV with already a clear mind of what I was looking for. I walked into the men’s LV section near the Cheesecake Factory which was so funny, the client advisors made me laugh and they directed me to the women’s LV store further down the aisle. So the minute I walk into the women’s LV, I am greeted by Lauren my client advisor/SA. From the first second I knew I was in excellent hands! She was diligent, insightful and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I had such a fabulous time not only talking to her as a client but like a normal human being. She made my mother (who is handicapped) feel very welcome and comfortable. If you are ever in the Houston Galleria and are looking for your new fix I completely recommend Lauren as your SA/client advisor! Looking forward to requesting her in the near future! I’m in love with my handbag! Many thanks to her and all the staff for their hard work!

It is way too crowded and narrow to be comfortably looking at and purchasing anything. Even the personal shopper herself wasn't accommodating and pulling teeth to get her to do anything. You want us to pay for a dress and handbag 5 large ea? How about we sit and get away from the crowd, how about you find us the bags to look at and not have us standing, waiting forever.

I was extremely in the customer service which included the manager.I purchased a purse from another store a week prior & never left the box. I was looking to exchange originally but they didn’t have what I was looking or need of. Once I requested to go ahead and return this and call me when the other comes in/available to call me. At that point a completely demeanor and told me I could not return there- to call the store I purchased at and they would provide me with a return label to ship it back to them. In addition, I asked for a bag and they provided me with a brown paper bag. Extremely rude service and disrespectful. I left the store in wow state thinking I would never shop or buy LV again. When I reached out to the orginal store & explained this they apologized and helping me so thankful for them. I will not shop at Galleria, very disappointed

What a terrible experience. I visited this location with the intention of purchasing a bandeau for my mom. Having had positive experiences at LV stores in the past, my recent visit here fell SIGNIFICANTLY short of my expectations. And I must say, I lost complete trust in LV and I don't even know what to feel about the brand anymore. I should have just left the store and not purchase anything. But I was making gift for my mom, so I thought LV would be a good choice. But I should have selected different luxury brand store and I regret I made that choice.Upon entering the store, a sales client greeted me and I told him I am looking for bandeaus. He said it’s over there an isle right by registrar instead of guiding me where they are. This LV store is big and I don’t know which registrar he is referring to, and isn't this a luxury store? lol So the initial interaction was disheartening as I received vague directions to an aisle near the registrar without proper guidance, leaving me to navigate the store blindly. In the past, a sales associate always guide me and show me the product. But this time, I have to guide myself to the product I don’t know where it is at? Like what?And it does not end here. We then somehow found bandeaus and look through those but I was wondering if there were more options available. So I asked the closest sales associate near me if there are more options to bandeaus and her response was very unhelpful and unexpected as she said I need to ask someone else. What? I need to ask someone else to help? It does not make any sense and I literally lost my words when she told me that. Furthermore, she did not even ask if someone was helping me or offered me to connect with another associate. This lack of proactive assistance was horrible and below the service standards I have come to expect from a brand of LV's stature.We just decided to make choices among those bandeaus and was going to purchase it but since there was no one helping us out, we literally were just standing there and looking for someone to help. Then I saw an associate walking into the registrar in front of me so I asked her if we can check out. Then she finally asked me if I have been helped and apologized for lack of help and support. Literally the only person that was helpful at LV.This whole experience not only proved personally disheartening but was also embarrassing for my mother. I cannot even express how upset and disappointed I was and it completely changed the image I had for LV. The service at the Houston Galleria LV store fell notably below the expected standards for a luxury brand, even trailing behind typical retail establishments like Walmart. Such an unacceptable and inadequate level of customer service is, frankly, difficult to comprehend, and made me lost all the trust I had in LV.

Mariama was super nice and friendly when we approached her. She asked if we had someone helping us, and we told her no. After getting 6 purses and putting them back, my wife fell in love with one, and with Mariama's help, we purchased the purse. She was patient with us, and my wife left happy, so I'm super happy! To make it even better, it came wrapped! Check out the awesome gift wrap!
