Filed a claim against them and it’s been a few months now. Haven’t heard anything. You constantly got to call them, even though they’re at fault. Wait times take too long and when they say they’ll get back to you, they don’t. Highly don’t recommend

Called Lonestar to try and cancel my dad's policy since he died June 19 of this year. Long story short, very unprofessional and no help at all. Even when I have video proof to back up my information. I recommend everyone to stay away from this insurance company. People need to understand that you get what you pay for and honestly no small amount of money is worth the hassle that this unprofessional company puts everyone through!

This company deserves a zero rating , ride and doesn't answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now I'm reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsiblity

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Eric littles, specifically is the worst claims adjuster i have EVER encountered. This insurance is for no one, their customer service is trash, their response time is the non existent. Stay away. I will also be reporting to the BBB
