Lord this place is ghetto. They do illegal emissions work on the side. Welding up catalytic converters and off road h pipes with no cats on Saturdays when DPS I
s not around.they have actually done it for me in 95. We drove all the way from Conroe to have work done and when we got there they said ,Im not messing with it. Lol. Crazy ghetto and unprofessional place. Well telephone road,should speak for it's self. Go anywhere but lone star muffler, pocket cash for emissions work on the side.this is for the department of transportation. I will be sending y'all a report.keep your eyes open there.

The mechanics at Lone Star Muffler have saved me a lot of money in unnecessary repairs that could have happened over the last 3 years. They do not mess around and they have always given me an honest answer, opinion or solution to the problems with my vehicles. I have brought 3 different vehicles with 3 different problems that other mechanics either missed, failed to trouble shoot or never offered to fix or find a solution to the issues I was having. They have gone the extra mile on all three occasions by taking their time to find a simple solution and fixing my problems within a matter of a few minutes to no more than an hour. I never had to buy unnecessary parts and I was very surprised when I was not charged for the simple fix or solution to the problems they found. I will have to do something to pay them back for their honesty in the near future.
