I would rate it a 5 star for the hospitality and welcoming staff but the communication that is giving either through, emails, social media or even advertising is so bad, I recently came to do my Bacterial Meningitis because they were having a drive and I inquired yesterday the times and i was assured 3pm till 6pm, I arrive at the location and they tell me they ended at 5pm, that information was posted no where and I asked on my way there, “hey, is the Bacterial Meningitis Drive still happening” they responded “Yeah, Yeah, it still is” and not even 5 mins after I arrived and I am told they ended an hour earlier.

My academic advisor is at this location and I have over the past 6 weeks sent 5 emails as well as leaving multiple phone messages to seek assistance with my class selections. I have been sent almost daily for the past month a “reminder” that my Fall semester payment is due. I receive emails weekly advising me I can get assistance with food, clothing, mental health. What I can’t get is a response from my academic advisor who’s only purpose is to guide my academic class schedule.

I swung by this particular campus because of issues I was having with enrollment and obtaining my student ID number and email. I hadn't heard back from them for over 2 weeks after having applied. I walked in, and the two young ladies at the student service desk were more than willing to help me out. Within a matter of minutes, I got my ID number and email. I was even afforded time with a gentleman that I presume to be an advisor, and he answered some impromptu questions that I had. Come to find out, I had gotten an email 2 days after having applied, and it went to my STUDENT EMAIL. Not my personal professional email. With no knowledge of it or the ability to access it, it's no wonder I never heard back from them. They sent my credentials to an email I had no access to! Would give 5 stars simply because of the wonderful staff that helped me out, but the inconvenience of having my student credentials sent to an email whose existence I was unaware of docks one star. Someone should probably do something about that. (Also, I'm taking online courses, so this inconvenience wasn't as hindering to myself and my situation as it might be for someone else.)

I went in person to drop a class even spoke to advisor only to later find out the class was never dropped and now I have a failing grade. I did notice the girls who helped me were chit chatting at the front desk and when I gave them the form I honestly felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I would never return to this location ever again, because of their mistake now Im stuck with a horrible grade and my GPA will go down. I honestly think there needs to be more knowledgeable and responsible people hired to help.

I came in today & everyone one was so nice & helpful. I had at least 3 ppl ask me how my day was. They make sure I don’t leave with any questions & help me with classes & fill out support. Staff is very helpful & sweet. They really do care.

Shout out to great advisor Justin! Had some complex issues with my transcript not showing up but felt confident leaving that things will be fixed. He listened to all my questions patiently and did a fantastic job guiding me on the nursing program options.
