Edgar and the team at Lone Star were amazing from start to finish. The inspection was thorough, and they answered any questions we had. The repairs that were needed were done quickly and again they explained all the work/ answered our questions. They did a grew job and we have already recommended them to friends who need their chimneys inspected/repaired

Wow! Edgar came and explained EVERYTHING about my chimney and what I needed to do versus what I could push down the road. He explained it all so clearly and was quick with his estimate! He explained that the work inside the chimney was to keep it fireproof and the work outside was to keep it waterproof. Highly recommend!

Lonestar Met my expectations. Issac came over and did a great job as well as explain to me things I did not know about my chimney. He was patient and thorough. Definitely gonna be the company I use for as long as I have a chimney.

We recently had Edgar with Lone Star Chimney out to inspect our fireplace. Edgar was very thorough and explained all the issues with the fireplace clearly and provided pictures. His team returned in two days to perform the maintenance work. They were timely, took pains to handle the job cleanly within our home, and did a great job. We would absolutely recommend the service.

Great service all around! Had a leak in my chimney when it rains. Working with customer service to the technician was very efficient. Edgar was my contact person and was very professional.

The service was excellent. They arrived on time for both the estimated and the work, polite, professional and completed everything quickly. Val did an awesome job and put me at ease about the work. I would definitely use this company again, but I should never have to.

Val did an incredible job servicing my chimney today. He was very detailed in his explanation of what recommendations he had. The value for the work is also very good and I highly recommend this company. Julio who joined Val was also very detail oriented making sure the sweep job was done with perfection.

I have had a new gas log set up added. LOVE IT Then I had them come back out and do a repair on the roof chimney chase pan. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Ask for Yuval & Julio
