It is the worst place to take cars, they charge money without giving you anything you ask for from the cars, bad service, they don't fix anything and they are good at charging a lot of money for me if I put less - 5 stars are useless, they are the worst

Take somewhere else. These guys have no clue what they are doing. They are blaming something unrelated on my issue but are too lazy to check it out.

This shop used to do good work for me, but they really screwed up my son's car by putting the serpentine belt on backwards and it shredded after a week and they have never fixed the fuel pump properly and I've been back 4 times and they never get it totally fixed. The check engine light is still on. The manager also drives around with and AIR FORCE VETERAN license plate and he is NOT a veteran. I'll NEVER go back to this shop and anyone that does, I recommend getting another mechanic to inspect any work they did.

It is hard to find a Trustworthy Mechanic Especially Electrical well last year my Mother-in-law car 2008 Malibu was having electrical problems. One day it would start and then 3 days later it wouldn’t. Battery was replaced but the problem continued. I was skeptical about how to find a good electrical shop, but Thank God I Found Lone Star Auto Electric, talk to Mike and explain the problem and Honestly I did not believe they would find the problem but they did. It’s been over 1 yr since the repair and still running Great.Now my 2006 Honda Accord had a short and was draining my battery every other day, brought the car to Mike and Lone Star and found the problem and now I don’t have to disconnect my cable.If you want a Trustworthy Electrical shop which are so hard to find come and talk to Mike. If one is on a budget; one must go somewhere else. Even the smallest job is expensive considering its location that it’s not near river oaks, west university or Bellaire. Their quality is better than the average shop.
