Delia needs to work on her customer service. Her attitude is as raggedy as her eyebrows. I told her that I wanted to do an exchange and she rudely asked What did I want to exchange. After I asked her if she does exchanges at all, and she replied “ if you don’t have a receipt then we don’t do exchanges”
I didn’t mind that I couldn’t exchange my product, it was Delia’s rude response that surprised me.
L’Occitane is supposed to be a prestigious brand but my interaction with Delia was less than stellar.

I wanted to comment on the stellar experience I had at this location. My mom and I came in yesterday to L’Occitane and had the best customer service. I don’t think the associates were that nice the previous times. But her name was Jersey, she was super helpful about informing us about the products. I hope you guys hire more people like her !

First off, L’Occitane make great products esp their skin car. For both women and men. Surprisingly, men’s skincare has won my spouse over. L’Occitane has a changed the way my husband viewed skincare. It’s necessary for men as well as women. The hydrating crème for men has greatly improved the texture of overall health of husband’s once very dry face( ?he didn’t know better)The store may be smaller than they once were, but all the important and necessary lines of skin care and hair products are still readily available.I love the renewing serum from L’Occitane. Huge fan and believer of this product.I would have given this location a 5 if customer care was prompt upon entry to store. We kind of had to help ourselves from the get go. Not altogether.

Visited the galleria and found their kiosk originally. I bought the colander gift set and found out I bought her leader favorite scent set! So I found their store at the memorial city mall and explained to her I'm here for an exchange. They woman there was super helpful and friendly! I'm sorry I didn't ask for her name but should've. Such a great help and you've made my girlfriends Christmas exponentially better

Absolutely best skin products. Been loyal almost 20 years-long before opening in Texas. Got my products in Florida, sometimes online. Currently, I'm waiting for the Memorial Cuty location to open at 11am and it's PAST 11am. Not open on time. Drove 45 minutes to purchase here!

I love this location! The employees are always so welcoming and friendly, they are very informative when you ask questions. The anti-aging products are amazing! Unlike other brands when you use this company's skin care, it feels so refreshing and brings life back into my skin ❤ I love this place!

The sales person was very kund and knowledgeable. The store displays are always awesome and especially with the holiday products. Also, glad I didn't have to go to the Galleria.

Stopped in a while ago, and wanted to let the management know that I had an awful interaction with one of the employees. Mary Lou was definitely the definition of rude and to be honest, she was no help whatsoever. I was more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
