Extremely insensitive worker. Called to collect more money after the fact and used terrible wording when discussing our beloved pet with my father. He was inconsolable after a conversation with them and no apologies from them either. Just terrible.

Apparently Fond Memories has partnered with “EverAfter”, a company that collects some of your pets ashes and uses them to create “artwork” with some pseudoscience blurb. Fond Memories has included this service as a gift to me after cremating my dog and I feel extremely taken advantage of. I did not know I was signing anything that would allow someone to take any my dogs remains away from me. If I signed something that allowed this, it was during a time of severe emotional distress during the death of my dog. I am extremely upset to receive a jpeg of this blob abstract artwork and to be told that some stranger has a part of my baby.

The staff at this location were incredibly kind and made the process very easy on our end, they were able to get us back our pet within a week in a beautiful package. I cannot recommend this place enough, they provide an amazing service.

Amazing care and prompt communication. The email updates kept me from fretting over the status, and the pawprint was packaged so well I'm pretty sure it would survive even if UPS had drop kicked it onto my porch. I hated that I needed to use them, but I am happy with the care and quality we received.

I brought my chiweenie to be cremated after a horrible fatal accident. The staff was not only professional but very sympathetic. Prices of the cremation and the urn are fair. I would recommend this place if you want to get your fur friend to be cremated.

My daughter’s cat passed away and she wanted to cremate her, so we brought her to Fond memories. The lady that helped us was so nice and professional. That means a lot when your heart feels broken.

They made a beautiful clay paw & ink prints of my baby’s nose & paw. I wasn’t happy with the urn I ordered & the man there today swapped it for another one, no questions asked (I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind & helpful). 5 stars all around!

My baby returned home and I cried so hard in thanks for the wonderful way she was handled. She was wrapped in a blue velvet sack and placed inside a gorgeous wooden box with a metal name plate. In a matching blue box was her paw print that was so much more than I imagined.. wood look, paw painted in, with a stand. All of it together in another matching velvet sack, with a certificate of cremation, inside a matching gift bag. Everything was so beautiful and beyond thoughtful. I greatly appreciate the quality and care put into her eternal rest. No joke, what I got back for my fur baby was way higher quality than what I got back of my late father. Amazed!

A year later I'm finally writing a review, because it was a very hard time for me. Honestly all I can say is that this was definitely the best place I could have had cremated my baby. I had a little ceremony for him as well. Thank you for your services.

Don't come close to this place. TRUST ME. Ive heard about the terrible things they do behind all the fake smiles. Go somewhere else. I can assure you its probably not even your pet that you have returned to you.

This company truly cares to the core about their customers. If you walk into their office, they have a mission and vision statement enlarged to remind them of their focus daily. I am so touched by the time and patience they spent to create a meaningful and lasting legacy for me to treasure, of my beloved pet and Fur-son, Truman. Thank you for going out of your way daily. First-rate.
