My experience in the beginning was great when I went through with Alex everything was going great up until now I contacted them on yesterday and Jesse answered the phone the reason for my call was because I had the car making May 5th 6 months. On Tuesday May 14th my car stopped in the middle of the street out of nowhere I had to push my car to a gas station noticing the battery to the car has gone dead that fast already smh not a good look I had to get a jump and the mechanic noticed that Liquidators never changed the battery out of the car before I bought the car from them, they kept the old battery in the car from a previous owner who had the car for 4 years? another bad sign mind you it’s a 2020 Equinox ?so when I was talking to Jesse about it he goes to ask of the mileage of my car I told him the mileage and he goes to say how I put 20 something thousands miles on the car already mind you that’s what a car is for to drive right ok so again avoiding answering my question then he goes on and on about a bunch of nonsense making it seem like this my first time paying notes on a car which it’s not so I know my rights when it comes to a car I’m paying notes on. So then a hr after I get off the phone with Jesse he calls me back about me not making a payment yet on my vehicle which I had told him that I was going to be making a payment on Wednesday he goes to tell me he can’t wait till but mind you when I was getting the car my dad had already asked a million in one questions to them before I signed and one of the questions was if something was to happen to where she has to pay her note late will you all bring the tow truck out they response was “O no we don’t do that we will work with u” ok so fast forward while Jesse telling me how he can’t wait that long he tells me either I make a payment now or I have to bring the car to them until I make a payment mind u I never heard of that before to where I have to bring the car back until I make a payment never even seen it in writing so I goes to tell him I can’t do that bc how am I going to get to and from work etc he didn’t care obviously so at 1 something this morning he sends a tow truck to my home to get my car and tells the tow guy not to talk to us very illegal to do that especially if you haven’t giving me any sign or warning of a tow coming he abused his authority and mind you all I have been late before on my payment and it was never an issue at all up until I called him on yesterday of how he selling people cars without changing anything under the hood before we spends our money, There is no way my car should be dying already and it just made 6 months of me having this car. So I will be filing an complaint with the consumers on my behalf and I highly recommend you all to do a full research before coming to this place they lies and don’t keep they word. O and let me just say I’m only a week late on my payment never missed any payments at all so what’s the issue now.

Liquidators is the bomb! I've been rocking with them for over 2 years now. The crew there is super cool, always ready to lend a hand with a smile. And let me tell you about Alex, the manager—he's the real MVP! When I hit a rough patch due to illness and fell behind on my stuff, Alex totally had my back. He was so understanding and patient, helping me out every step of the way. And get this, when I needed some work done on my truck, I hit up Alex, and he hooked me up with a shop that Liquidators trusts. Seriously, I can't recommend Liquidators enough. They're killing it with their top-notch service and awesome staff. Keep up the great work, Liquidators! Good customer service and friendly faces like yours are a rare find these days!

My rating doesn’t have to do with the car but rather the people, especially Alex with their insurance team. He’s so disrespectful towards women and plays the victim. For a guy to play the victim is kind of weird. This review has to do with his (Alex) sneakiness of not making me aware I had to be responsible for the private appraiser they (Liquodators) contracted. He wouldn’t release the title bc according to his text which I have, was for what I owed on the car but all I owed from the total loss payment from State Farm was $22.90 not $297.00.
I found out due to the receipt one of the girls sent. If they want to get you in appraiser, make sure you get in writing that you are not being charged for them because they will not tell you and they will add it to the value the car. Glad I didn’t get another car from them. People like Alex make u NOT want to return for business. Keep in mind Alex, you admitted to not telling me nor disclosing me being responsible for the appraiser.
Response to the “owner”: It’s not that I assumed he would work for free, no one does. It’s the fact of failing to communicate or felt the need to not disclose this to me. Should have been direct and said y’all paid him upfront. Like I told Alex, communication goes along way and I would’ve never disagreed with paying you, but it’s the fact that he felt the need to hide or not disclose this information.

Liquidators is super amazing! They sales great cars! They are very understanding, very helpful, very sympathetic and an all around great company and they are great people. If you’re looking for a car please go visit them! You will not be sorry! Their approval process is simple and does not take hours on end they are so great and they are truly an outstanding company. Our family needed to sell a vehicle and we contacted Liquidators Auto Sales. They gave us fair market value for the vehicle and were curteous and efficient when completing the sales. It was a quick process that made a diffecult time much easier. We are so grateful and would recommend them any time.

I purchased three vehicle from this place. As of two weeks ago I called and did a online application to buy another vehicle until this day no response. Spoke with Jessie he was speaking as if they don't want my business any6.sell me a vehicle.

I must say that I'm so happy I found a dealership thats a person of their word. I was kind of skeptical at first, but yes everything they tell you is true. You are in and out the dealership in less than 20/30 mins tops. They even help you find insurance on the vehicle you want and work their hardest to get you the cheapest insurance rate. A Big Thank You to all you guys at Liquidators Auto.
