I worked with Claire to have a dual birthstone ring made for my push present and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Claire is so sweet, thorough and patient. Once I saw my design I wanted some changes and she was more than accommodating through the entire process. I will be working with her again in the future!

I worked with Claire to get a custom ring made with my children's birthstones on it (birthstones I did not originally think I was going to love next to each other mind you!). Claire was able to guide me through the entire process and didn't make me feel bad when I changed my mind, asked to see multiple things, or had a lot of questions. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and was sure that it was exactly what I wanted because of Claire's help. Lastly, her communication was thorough and quick throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Lindsey Leigh Jewlery and especially Claire for your custom pieces. I've come in here multiple times and I've never had a bad experience, even on days I just browse.

We recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and wanted to upgrade my engagement ring. Since I prefer to have a sapphire instead of a diamond, we knew we would have to get something custom made. I’m so glad we chose LLJ! Creating a custom ring was a wonderful experience. Disappointed with the customer service or whoever is in charge on contacting you when your order is ready! I had a pre order ready for over a month, and I never received a phone call telling me it was ready, even thought I myself called 2 days prior to make sure it wasn’t it yet.. I did receive an email but it’a disappointing not even following up with me with a phone call or an additional reminder email..order was ready since June 14th, 2024, I had called them to see if my order was ready 2 days before on June 12th, 2024, so a little frustrating with their lack of communication especially since I spent over $1,000 it makes me feel unappreciated as a customer. I’ve worked in retail before and we always follow up with our customers with situations that involve a pre order.

Had an incredible experience with Claire creating a custom ring. She helped us work through a few revisions to ensure what we were getting was what we envisioned and the finished piece is amazing. We were so impressed after our initial visit, we also worked with Lindsey Leigh on a custom necklace as well!
