I have been shopping at this location for several years and the sales staff makes my two hour roundtrip from The Woodlands so worthwhile! I can be particular about my clothing and Anne, Maddie, and Amy have always been very welcoming, patient, and pleasant with me. Don't hesitate to ask these ladies for assistance - they really make every effort to find you the perfect outfit!

Lovely store and merch but the last two times I have made a purchase at the Highland Village, I was overcharged. When I returned for a correction, I was made to feel as if I was to blame. No accountability or apologies whatsoever. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store or you'll be dealing with an entitled sales clerk when you get home.

This store is the best and I love shopping herel! Karen went above and beyond for me multiple times and she is so wonderful. I love shopping at Lilly in-store and seeing all of the great new arrivals. They get new merchandise in all the time so the selection is always fresh.

I love Lilly! I love the beach, so their bright clothes are perfect for me. They offer casual clothes to formal clothes, which is very great diversity. The sales associates are extremely nice and professional. I will go shopping here every few months.

I walked in right before closing time not knowing exactly what time their closing time is for Sat. They were welcoming, courteous and pleasant.

Received a Lilly blouse as a gift. One would think a $200 blouse would warrant a liberal exchange policy. No receipt, 90 days and no return/exchange. Sales associate said she would check with her "manager" then came back and handed me the blouse saying there was nothing she could do. "Sorry." The manager didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me personally. Walmart has a liberal return policy but Lilly P. does NOT!! The sales associate was less than warm and attentive. Consider another retailer before purchasing Lilly P.

I was scrambling to get some matching golf skirts for an event and Robby was amazingly helpful! In less than 5 minutes on the phone she had everything ordered and on its way! Great customer service! Incredibly professional!!!
