Small crowded gym. Had to wait to use benches or machines several times and I went on a Saturday afternoon. Everything is so cramped I was afraid someone might hit me or I would bump into someone.
Gym members rude, don't wipe up after use or put up weights... or will just occupy a bench just to rest their phone or water bottle.
Men's locker room and spa was nasty/gross. Musty, smelly, puddles of dirt water everywhere, and dried cum in shower stalls.
I used to be member a few years back, this visit was just a day pass. I was quickly reminded why I ended my membership. Won't be returning.

The club deserves better Xmas decoration for what we pay a month. Xmas decoration is giving dollar store vibes! Do better for your members!

The front desk staff named Camera made some trouble with my friend when she tried to visit. I was only 5 minutes away and Camera wouldn't check her in even though I was providing her my membership info. My friend was checking out Lifetime and was going to join the gym but that left her very bad impression because how rude the front desk staff was. I am also considering canceling my membership and joining Equinox instead. At least, their service is much better.

Not the most welcoming. Ariana gave us a quick tour along with someone else but mostly ignored my fiancé and I the whole time. She would pass by in front of us rudely. Emphasized on the price as if we couldn’t afford it lol parking is free until a certain amount of time. Not a big deal. Just didn’t liked the way we were treated.

Clean , spacious, great staff , beautiful facility , not extremely packed. NO POOL , each locker (men/women) has a sauna , steam, cold plunge and hot tub. Showers with everything you need including razors , Que tips, hair spray , hair dryers , deodorant and more. Staff is friendly, haven’t taken a class but rooms look awesome . Full cafe as well.

Yoga music too loud, especially during final resting pose. Generally the music in all fitness classes are too loud, bad for hearing health.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location across from the Spring Hills hotel. I am here across the street for 4 nights and wanted to see if I could get a pass. At first I was met by a blonde lady who was very kind and understanding. Soon after another lady came and cut her off from speaking and then went ahead and asked if I was a member to which I responded “no”. She then said I could pay $100 for 48 hrs or $50 for 24 hrs. I didn’t not expect to get a free pass but $50 for 24 hrs seems extreme. Half the price of membership for only 48 hrs is insane to ask of anyone.

Terrible customer service. An hour worth of paperwork and $50 day pass for a 2 hour workout. Wouldn’t stoop to use this pretentious glam fitness location ever again.

I love Lifetime as a brand, gym, company. I have visited over 15 LT gyms around the US, loved them all. Unfortunately, this gym falls short on nearly every level in my multiple times here. The lack of cleanliness, and strange attitude towards customer service (except the front staff) was awkward at best. The level of rudeness of the gym goers too, was a new floor in my low expectations of humankind... in every area of the gym, there was unfortunately a clear display of no consideration for others (locker room, gym floor, spa, sauna, steam, stairwell)... If you are in Houston and with a car, you should go to ANY other LT and have an immensely better experience.

I’ve had an incredible experience so far at this gym. Shannon, the front desk concierge, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She also somehow managed to greet me by name my second time walking into the gym. I’ve been to multiple lifetimes and she’s by far the most welcoming employee I’ve spoken with. I can tell she really values the members and puts their needs and happiness first. I work out after 8PM and the gym is practically empty. Apparently it only gets busy around 5-6PM. I’d recommend this gym if you’re willing to go at a time before or after the peak hour.

No real management for accountability with staff or customer service issues. Quality has diminished over the past year. Hours aren’t ideal and management was nonresponsive to a member petition to adjust hours. Many various operational issues. Downstairs bathroom constantly out of order and multiple broken machines that dont get fixed (or even marked as broken with a sign). And with all these downsides and complications, the dues increase every 6 months.

Not a good first impression. Visiting from out of town and had rude encounter at the front desk for no reason. Then waited at the LifeCafe for about 10 minutes before I was greeted to order, there was no line.

The gym is great! But I finally decided to visit the spa for a facial, and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone in the spa was super friendly, Nautika was the esthetician who worked on me. She was amazing, and will definitely be back to get another facial from her.
