I have been reading the opinions of the other members, in fact there are more than 6 broken shower rooms for more than 4 months now they have started to fix them and it is not known when they will finish today they are trying to change a lamp in the steam room that has been broken for a long time, they had closed the room for 3 weeks and they did not fix it, now they closed it again very early and they have not been able to change a lamp, the sinks break down, they repair them and they break down again, I really don't know what is happening

Pick a different location. It's the oldest in the area and it shows. The employee's are rude, there are never enough towels, the locker room is old, the sream rooms don't work right. Go somewhere else.

Lifetime is a great athletic support system for all ages and stages of physical health. They have everything you need from multiple and a wide variety of workout equipment, to all the recovery or relaxation services you could want, plus an entire cafe all in one location. You even have bonus places such as the activity center to work or the mother's rooms for private childcare. It gets even better knowing that your membership connects to multiple other facilities across the Houston area as well that are all equipped the same way and some! The membership is quite pricey and sometimes they can get a little over zealous with the upsells but the customer service of the staff is also stellar so it makes it so hard to say no ?. They do have multiple membership tiers and even a pause option that gives you access to their digital workout platform for $10/month so there's also flexibility built in so all in all it's the best gym experience I've ever had.

Hello,
I am writing this because the GM that is running this Club is very clueless on how to keep the basic amenities up and running or when important basic need/amenities fixed.
Are outdoor pool was closed because of the filter covers were out of date. How this happen is questionable but things happen. Well that was Wednesday and the part to fix that problem is in Houston. Someone/GM should have drove there to get the part and fix the problem ASAP or even fixed overtime. Well today is Sunday and still not fixed and there's not even a notices at the front saying the outdoor pool is closed.
Then Thursday the Steam Room went down and It looks like a new ceiling light is getting installed. Well it's Sunday and it's still closed. Why would you tear something apart, knowing it would be closed over the weekend. This doesn't make any sense.
If the GM wants to say Lifetime is a Country Club fitness GYM, then the actions need to fit the words. And that is far from what is happening.

Disappointed. Called in with a simple question, a very lazy guy told me to hold and then just left to wait for his shift to end. Left me standing there just wasting away my time, I’d have respected it more if he just told me he was tired and didn’t want to work. Must be hard to find good help these days.
