If you’re looking for a huge gym that has a whole lot of equipment, this is it. Too bad that they can’t make repairs in a timely way. And equipment is filthy from morning till night. Black stretch mats are dirty, just look at the towel that was used to wipe before use. Never have ever seen them cleaning. Clean gyms have crews moving from piece to piece of equipment while you work out. Just visit any Planet Fitness to see how cleaning can be done. Moldy AC vents. Wish there were other options in the area.

Life Cafe morning staff could definitely use some retraining or completely new staff. You can’t even ask for water without getting an attitude from somebody. I asked for a smoothie the staff member making it sneezed and made it without gloves (order was incorrect) just overall gross.

Rude young guy at front I was asking about the club to register, and he right away said tours ended and continued to talk to another person, he didn't even ask to schedule me a tour or anything or even got my name. I asked. I just want to see how busy it gets he said no with a dragging nooo . So I left. I was seriously trying to register. Yall need to do better training your people. I came in Wednesday october 9 at 7pm

Sometimes parking sucks, but otherwise nice gym. Priscilla + Jennifer H are fantastic barre teachers. The pool area is a vibe. I meet nice people every time I go.

Any class unironically named “alpha” should be a red flag. But double so when they take up 12 of the 15 squat racks/deadlift platforms for hours a day so they can hold half ass p90x classes. You don’t need squat racks for kettle bell swings and box jumps.
And if your personal trainer is having you do nonsense like one legged landmine Romanian deadlifts, they are a bad trainer who’s wasting both of your time. Truly some of the worst personal training programs I’ve seen. I feel bad for the people wasting their money on them.

I frequent Life Time just to visit the Life Spa and get my hair cut by Tabatha. She's the definition of an expert and a professional. She continually makes recommendations that make me look and feel better, and then executes with precision. Can't recommend her services enough. 10/10.

I recently had an issue at the gym and was fortunate enough to have Desiree assist me. From the moment I approached her, she was incredibly attentive and understanding. Not only did she listen to my concerns with genuine interest, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the resources and support I needed to resolve the situation. Desiree’s professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made a potentially stressful experience smooth and positive. I’m truly grateful for her help and can’t thank her enough for her service!

One of the worst lifetimes service wise. Way overpriced for what they offer, have a great pool though If you go with your family. A lot of their amenities are either busy, horribly managed, or broken. I spent the majority of last year dealing with AC or ceiling remodeling while I was working out. I honestly didn't know any better until I visited other lifetimes.
Culture, let me just say that the area fits the location. Not a great place to meet unbiased people. I don't wear my wedding ring when I work out, so A lot of the people I've met, always dudes who came up to me seem to be flaunting money for some reason.
They also canceled my husband's membership for no reason last week. Which is what reminded us that we haven't left our review yet. All we did is go to another lifetime and resign up using the same Aactiv account our work provides. They said they don't know why it was canceled and it was done in error. We have access again, but we'll be going to other lifetimes instead of that location.
Other locations are more lively, fun, and just have better people overall in terms of gym goers or employees

Agree with comments about poor HVAC system and low caliber of many members especially those of us paying $280/ month who expect a nicer experience. Looking for another gym due to overcrowding and many low class no manners people - swarmed with those getting in via BCBS TX for 100/month.
Parking getting in and out during peak times add 20 mins that I don't have to waste.

So far my experience has been amazing. Great staff, great facility, just wonderful. Best pool for winding down and chilling after a swim. Also, their food is pretty solid, so it’s the whole package here!
I do wish people would not leave their used towels and wipes around ?.
Great place to work out!

Tracy was such an angel. I was impressed with how thoroughly she was with my nail polish removal I can just imagine now how luxurious a full service manicure would have looked.

My son is in swim class here. He loves it and his swim skills have improved so much over the summer. Coach Hope and Coach Ethan do a great job with the kids aquatics here

$250+ for a non 24/hr gym is insane especially when they have classes for boomers who take up all the squat racks early morning
