I strongly advise against renting from this establishment. Despite their claims of prioritizing communication, they consistently fail to uphold this standard with their customers.We signed up thinking we were getting a steal at $53 for our unit, only to find out later it shot up to a whopping $95 because we're in some "competitive market." I've searched high and low for any communication that details this price increase and have found nothing.And don't get me started on their billing system. Our account became delinquent without warning, with the last email communication dated January 7, 2024. While I acknowledge the responsibility to monitor my voicemail, the absence of an email notification—standard business practice—only added to the frustration. Folks, with the amount of spam calls and messages we receive, I rarely check my voicemail on my personal phone. But that's fine, I'll take the late payment fees. However, the $120 pre-foreclosure fee is insane!I asked if there could be any flexibility with their outrageous fees, and we were met with a dismissive response, citing their supposed dedication to constant communication. I was asked if I received their voicemail the day before (March 12, 2024). I did. I was left a voicemail at 5:36 PM; I saw this at 7:20 PM, and they closed at 6 PM. If I had responded to their call before closing, I could've avoided the fee. If the market is so competitive and their communication is so constant, why not call earlier (mention the huge fee) and allow the client time to bring their balance up to date. Or why not send an email? Instead, I have ZERO emails and three voicemails in the span of three months. Life gets in the way, their communication could have been better, and so could their willingness to accommodate our concerns despite their claims.Their attempt to justify their actions by mentioning a missed call at 5:36 PM, conveniently just before their 6 PM closing time, reeks of poor customer service. All in all, this place needs to up its game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop and not pulling sneaky price hikes out of thin air. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent from.

I want to give this place 4 stars. This is an extremely high 3. Only reason for it is the fact they doubled my units price. Went from 63 a month with insurance to 114. I was never notified of the change and they claimed they sent it in the mail. I mean really? I did not purchase the unit by mail. Send me a email or text or notification on the app. You can do all those things when payment goes though. That’s my only issue is lack of notification in a huge change. This is not a 50% price increment it’s more like 90%. Besides that fact this place is clean and ran by good management. One thing they lack is trash cans. I understand people abuse them but to make it not accessible at all is crazy to me. Should have a limit and if you go over the limit then there is a fine people sign off on. Maybe one day I’ll open up my own unit lol. You guys have a good day I’m just mad because I had to move my stuff down the road to Public storage who said they will call me if they go up. Plus not bad paying 52 amonth so I saved money.
