I've never had a problem. I will always get a screening.

Prior to my last 2 screenings, I would've given them at least 4 stars because the techs are great. In 2022, the wait was well over an hour as one of their employees did not show up. This year, on 08/02/2023, a friend and I went together and paid $254 each for basic as well as extra screenings. She received her results via email on 08/10. There were no results in my portal when I checked on 8/15, so I called them. I was told a tracker would be submitted to IT and I would hear from them. She did not tell me how long it would take. I called again 8/17 as portal still shows "0 test results." Spoke to a couple different people. First person reached out to a supervisor and was told my results were released on 8/11, which is incorrect. Asked to speak to IT dept. directly as this likely is a computer glitch than could be resolved over the phone. No, you can't talk to them. Second person I talked to said they don't have an IT dept., just a woman who is in group chat who handles portal issues. She put out a request for me in group chat and the "portal" woman responded it will take 7 business days. Can I talk to a supervisor or that woman? No. I have a doctor appt. tomorrow AM and I wanted my results before this. Just like nearly every business since 2020, if you have issues, you're simply out of luck. CS reps are polite but can't do anything to help me. Won't be using Life Line again because you're not permitted to speak to supervisors or anyone else in charge who could've resolved my simple issue in the last 2 days.

I had the screening but agency made it very difficult to get results. Made several calls to always get an excuse and promise to send information. Finally got a knowledgeable associate that got me my results. Will not deal with this business again.

I can’t believe how many negative comments I have read!! Life Line Screening saved my husband’s life!! I would highly recommend and would pay for their life saving screenings that they provide.

First of all they charged me more then stated. The facility was dingy and dirty and very unprofessional. They said they were doing an EKG but she only put a couple of leads on me none on my chest! I just could not wait to get out of the place and take a shower. Don't waste your money, go to your doctor and see a real professional.

I don't get some of these comments. I've had (3) artery screenings with Life Line over the past 10 years and never had a problem. I think it's an inexpensive way to be out in front of something bad before you have a serious problem. Yes, they don't necessarily refund your money if you miss an appointment or cancel a screening, buy it can be rescheduled.

DO NOT ENGAGE/BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It engages in borderline fraudulent practices. My wife made an appointment on 7/23 based on a fancy mail flyer. I checked reviews and immediately called to cancel the appointment. They flat out refused. I have never seen a company refuse cancellation for services that are not rendered or for future services, especially when the cancellation is immediateAGAIN, DO NOT ENGAGE/BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Serves us right to not double-check reviews before purchasing/engaging

I had a great experience. I cannot understand why all the negative comments. They were very professional and kind. I will definitely go again. Great price for all the services rendered.I also noticed that some people are reviewing this company even though they have never experienced their service...

Do Not pre-pay!! Thank goodness I didn't. They were NOT at location where they said they were. No signs, nothing on marquee, nothing on daily schedule. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of them. I had to act like a new inquiry to get a sales person. They simply got a manager that said, I saw on the screen the address you have is right. Not willing to even try to put us together, and I suggested that he was lying that they were. He simply said, OK. Problem for them, is he thought I had already paid, so, they probably like to have a "no show" fee. The whole company is unprofessional, lack of information, and lastly a question for Google .. why do we have to give 1 star? Why not zero?

the single five star rating among a barrage of negative reviews sounds like a posting from Life Line Screening for themselves. Stay away from this company and warn everyone you know about this huge scam being conducted nationwide

This is a traveling service and I went when the were at Pecan Grove Country Club. I was worried because I read the negative reviews after I had already booked and paid for my session. I read their information that was sent out after I booked and they did say to plan on 90 minutes. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I arrived for my appointment and someone who had walked in was at the reception table so I only had to wait until they were done. I was given my ipad to do my questionnaire and then taken to one of their screening rooms. They did have a sign at the front of other services that they offered and the receptionist did point it out but was not pushy at all. I am at the gap age where these test are not covered under my medical but because I am overweight and have a family history of heart disease I thought it was important and a cost effective way of getting the screenings. I have not received my results yet but my experience was excellent.
