Having lice is an embarrassing feeling but Ally makes you feel like so comfortable through out the whole process. By the time my daughter and I left there we felt like we gained a family member. She genuinely cares about her clients. I was a little scared going in knowing I may have had them but they seriously didn’t make me feel any type of way. Jackie did an amazing job on my head and she even braided a part of it. I cannot express the gratitude I have for these ladies! 100% recommend!

It was my first time there taking my daughter. We loved it everyone was so nice and treated us like family. Also very efficient and the treatment works. My daughter is simply amazed that she’s no longer “itchy”

Ally (and her assistant Jackie) are angels on earth! She texted me at 11pm and helped a frantic mom make a plan. She was kind, thorough, and explained every step in perfect detail. Her customer service is unmatched! I hope not to need her services again, but if I do…… she’s the absolute best!

Our entire family got infected by lice! This was my first time as an adult to catch lice, so I was a bit alarmed.Ally and Jake were both very knowledgeable and assured us of a comfortable and effective treatment. They both did an amazing job!We are lice free now! ?

Found lice on my school kid and tried to treat at home with a lice kit. It didn’t work and myself and my other kid ended up with lice as well. The staff here is the best even with a 2 year old! We were treated and the lice did not return. Highly recommended this place. They also work with you if you are low funded and genuinely care about you and your family.Thank you so much! ❤️

I am a teacher and a Gigi and found my hugs and holiday sleep overs with my Littles during the holidays brought more than just hugs and kisses ..... they also brought some crafty little lice. ?Ally totally took care of my problem and helped educate me for future prevention and treatment. Brought my two kids (5 &3) and staff was wonderful. Kids felt totally comfortable, super friendly, clean, etc. Ally was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The owners and staff here could not have been kinder, more accommodating, or more thorough! Money well spent to guarantee a good outcome to a distressing situation. I hope we never have to deal with lice again, EVER, but if so, we will certainly go back to LCA - Memorial for their help.

Ally was AMAZING! Started the night I found out my daughter had lice I found this clinic and reached out to them she responded within 20 minutes of me requesting an appointment and had an appointment set for 10:30 the next day. At the appointment she was so great with my almost 3 year old. My daughter fights me every morning when I have to do her hair and she sat there for an hour while Ally did the treatment. Nothing against Ally and her clinic hopefully I’ll never have to go back but if I do I know who I’m calling. ☺️ SHE SAVED THE DAY!!!

Great experience! They took us in as an late appointment and walk me through the process. Helped me out a ton! Wonderful customer service. Made my daughter super comfortable throughout the whole process. Def 10 out of 10!

The owner, Ally, was so responsive when I reached out at night and discussed the issue thoroughly via text. She was able to squeeze us in first thing the next morning and her tech, Tiffany, was so helpful and sweet too! We had a 5 star experience, I would highly recommend going to this clinic if you or your child catch lice. She had lots of toys and a TV to entertain the kids and the facility was spotless!

100% highly recommend! I've had a great experience at both this location and the Sugar Land/Richmond location. Ally, Jake, and their team have taken excellent care of multiple members of my family who had head lice, and they also screened the rest of our extended family to make sure we didn't have lice.If you're reading this review, please be reassured that having lice isn't because of poor hygiene. It's from having close head-to-head contact with someone who happens to have lice. (Hugging, taking a selfie together, etc.)We were promptly given appointments to get checked for lice, and treated at the same time if necessary. The clinic was clean and well stocked- with Netflix, Disney+, toys, and snacks. We also learned a lot of helpful information about treating and preventing lice.
