I do not recommend it. My husband and I went last year (April 2021) to do our taxes, and we needed my ITIN number, it was requested and paid for the full service. To our surprise we found out when the entire year passed and we did not receive the GA tax refund. We called the IRS a few days ago (March 2022), and surprisingly this company did not file the taxes. When we called to ask Liberty Tax about this situation, they argued that we had not given the ITIN number and that they had "supposedly" called us and told us. They had said on the day of the appointment that that number was necessary.
In conclusion: we paid $450 for a half-assed job, a mediocre job.

Outstanding service. This is my second year. All I have to do is drop off my information and paperwork. The do all the work. Answer any questions if need be. The boom! Taxes are done. I would go every year.
