This tax season at Liberty Tax was awful. This office has the fee display on how much they charge their customers but in reality the fees are TOO MUCH for to pay when you are mislead and only showing the information on the screen and mislead to believe what you are told as I'm referring to Anodrea who did my taxes in the office this year in 2024. Aondrea was not honest to me about how I was getting charge to do my taxes because I asked her as she was doing my taxes and she told me a smaller amount that I was being charge. I had found out for myself after I seen the amount I was getting back and what I was told I was getting way less on my taxes that I was charge $636.000 . That was not the way you charge a returning customer. I gave this office 1 star because they had refreshments in the office.
