Bad service,and money hungry.I'm trying to get some money back rn,I was supposed to get a certain amount on my refund as it says on paper work and the IRS website,a whole $1000 was taken from my refund.They give out money from their own bank,your money will go to their bank and they write you a check from their office ,with the amount they want to give.Calling irs again,I've been having a hard time all year talking to someone ?♀️

HORRIBLE service they charge way too much for a service fee they make up fees and take money from u for a service you didn't even apply for...the guy here said they took out a CHRISTMAS LOAN i never even applied for a CHRISTMAS LOAN so ALOT of my money was missing from my check do NOT FILE your taxes here!!!

I was referred by one of my coworkers and I received money both times I've came! For a Christmas Loan and Easy Advance Loan! Very friendly and helpful! Honestly they do give the maximum refund! I would give it 10 stars!!
