If I could put 0 stars I would. I came here to file my taxes at the beginning of April and I have emailed this place numerous times to get an answer about my taxes. I received a letter in the mail saying my taxes were delinquent and that I owed more money than what liberty taxes indicated. I’m extremely upset with this place and I’ve stopped numerous times during business hours and they’re always closed, DO NOT file your taxes here. I am still asking for a copy of my taxes they “filed”. They’re frauds. Edwardo replied once telling me Maria filed and that was the last response from this business.

Totally false advertising, because they're most certainly not located on Liberty Island, in fact I don't even think they're anywhere near it, but whatevs then. This year was the first time in a while that we were doing taxes, long story, and this is one of the places we checked out since this is where some of Barbie's family live, and it seems convenient. I didn't work out too well unfortunately, and while they were pretty cheap, we didn't get a good vibe from the service, so we decided to look elsewhere. We ended up doing it ourselves, and by ourselves I mean myself, and it saved me a bit of money, and by me I mean Barbie.

They are GREAT!!!! This location and the N. Durham location are both owned by the same amazing person!!!! Martha is so sweet and is always willing to go above and beyond. I tried turbotax before I came here and I got more on my tax return.
