Miss,Brianna, best,Associate, any one could ask for,when,I got to her store,she gave me the eye contact, greeted ask me if she could help me,got her tray,and we start,picking the glasses, that would fit my face,then,we finally found the glasses and she started working her magic, with my ins,and I bought them,then when the glasses, came in ,she called me,she is really driven,like her customer service, would go back there in a hot ? beat! Love her, we need people like Brianna in all Lens Crafters store!!! Give her my 5 star! Customer Services!

I walked in looked around. Renee was the first person to greet me and to ask if i needed anything. I then inquired about walk ins and although i wasnt able to get a walk in she did switch out the prescription in my sunglass lens to regular lens for free. She was very kind, professional, and sweet! She even cleaned them for me!
