Considering we could not communicate back and forth due to the lack of our computer not working properly, Rene did an excellent job of explaining how to submit for help, design, submit for design and place our contents on the marquee. We appreciated the help that she provided and we are now able to control and host information on the marquee.

Such a GREAT company!!! We've had our sign at my business for years now! The customer service is amazing! Any issues and they are normally onsite within 24 hours (if it can't be fixed remotely)!! Very happy with LED Partners!

Update:They sent the crew out several times and provided exceptional customer care to resolve the issue..I really hope this is a one-off experience we are experiencing. To start with, our LED display has been out of service multiple times since we installed it last year. Led Partners would send out a tech (and we would pay for the service call) but the issue remains.This time, I have been dealing with the same issue for 3 months. Last we talked they told us to do a hard shutdown but the issue remains. Since then I have been emailing and calling but have not heard any responses.TLDR; We have had so many issues since we got our display from LED partners and getting in contact with customer service has been extremely difficult
