Stood me up with a hair appointment last weekend. I called and emailed repeatedly and never got a response. We all lead very busy lives and have to make accommodations to be able to come to these appointments, they could've called me in advance to cancel but they chose not to.

Set an appointment for 1 pm today. Showed up a few minutes early and waited until 1:10. Shop door was locked and lights were out. I took off work early to make this appointment and they cannot even show up! Also, there is a sign on the front door that masks are mandatory.

Absolutely a waste of time going to this location. What is the point of having great skill as a hairdresser if the owner does not know how to manage/tell time, business 101, nor customer service. As a business owner, I understand going thru difficulties with personnel/covid, but this is just lack of care/respect towards his customers. Went twice to his location with appt. the first time was a 4 hour delay and the second time, being the first appt, he never showed up to open his business. Very disappointed. I called him after the text message and lvm but haven’t gotten a text/call back.

I was a Client for a couple of Years
I like his work but he is too irresponsible with schedules
2 times I had to return home because he didn't warn me that he wouldn't arrive the 3rd time I was waiting for him to attend to me for 4 hours and in the end he didn't attend to me and I made an appointment two weeks in advance And apart from that the prices are very elevated

My wife likes Geos work, but bad experience on the schedule, they made us wait 4 hours and she scheduled them 2 weeks before the date. It happens twice. AWFUL
My wife likes Geo's work, but she has a bad experience scheduling time. She made us wait 4 hours and she made the appointment 2 weeks before. Not only has he done it once, this is the second time. He wasted our time, he does not respect his clients' time

Terrible service “Gio” who is the stylist and claims to be professional, I burned all my hair apart from the fact that one makes an appointment with him so that at the end all his workers come to help you and he made me lose two full days trying to fix my hair. hair of a color that I didn't like and I came out worse! And if I gave it a star it was so that it would allow me to make the publication, otherwise I wouldn't have put anything in it?????? disgusting person why I was a client for years and I even recommended people to do that to me in My hair is not worth it, I didn't mind paying whatever $$$$ but I liked the work, not the crap I ended up doing to myself!
