On 11/22/2023 I have took my QSC K12 speaker for repair at LD System (Houston). The service was awesome and the turnaround was quick. The tech explain everything in details of repairing my speaker. Fast forward to 01/20/2024. The same speaker have the same issue. I look at the LD System work order / customer invoice about the repair warranties. Nothing could not be found on the documents. Therefore, I call LD system to ask about the warranties. The woman I have spoken with said the repair warranties is only good for 30 days but I reply and said the website says 90 days. The woman was a little rude when I question about the repair warranties. Which is correct verbal over the phone or the website? I did not want to argue with the woman! Then I have ask for the email of the manager at the repair center. I have email the manager but they have not reply. If this is how LD System do business with customers then this is your place!!! I will not take another item there for repairs.

Is very tight dock , but the warehouse manager is very friendly. He spoted me back up on the dock and kept a eye on my 53' trailer back up all the time. tried to asked them spot you back up if you driving a 18 wheeler and don't feel comfortable back in by your own. Five stars for the staffs here. Try to park on the sideroad first , and walk to the gate talk to the manager, it's tight dock here , if you drove here and the warehouse is packed u won't have space to back out. The 18 wheeler receiving is at garden oak Blvd , Google map showed me the wrong side .

This past spring we were in houston for otc and our gusy for to send our presentation equipment kit. Being a IT tech I was the goto person to solve this problem and after a few dalls LD systems saved our butts by getting us some wireless mics and a controller system. They delivered them with a setup rep in a few hours for our presentation meetin. Pretty damn good rental service and you can tell these guys are legit. When we head here next year we definitely will go with LD systems for our equipment needs at the conference instead of lugging that stuff across the country.

I have worked with LD Systems in the Houston Theatre District for several years. When searching for unique equipment I have always been able to count on assistance from David and Paul in rentals. The integration service team does excellent work with their AV and stage lighting installations and they have always been very helpful and professional onsite. Ryan has helped train our team on the new screens installed in the lobbies and willing to trouble shoot when issues arise. They provide affordable ongoing AV maintenance plans and are the best in town for professional equipment needs and production support. Also, enjoy they AV setup every year at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
