Thank you LBX for restoring my brass chandelier! It's gorgeous! We had been remodeling our home and the chandelier was damaged during the process. I was afraid that it couldn't be saved, but LBX restored it back to it's original beauty! Everyone at LBX was so helpful and they knew just what needed to be done to bring it back to life! Long time customer of LBX lighting and friend to the owner Mike. We have bought numerous pieces over the years and would not go anywhere else. Not only does Mike have the best lights in the city but the customer service is unmatched. We recently needed to move multiple chandeliers and not only did Mike give us a fair price he also was able to get us on the schedule in a timely fashion. When the guys came for the takedown, they were prompt, courteous and worked efficiently and even finished a day early. We look forward to doing more business with LBX Lighting.

I recommend LBX lighting to anyone who is looking for chandeliers and other tasteful furniture items. Their pricing is also excellent. You can be sure you’ll get value for your money.The staff there are warm and patient unlike what you might find in many other furniture shops around. If you need a furniture shop where the owner and the staff will be friendly and patient and nice, then LBX is it. Look no further. They are willing to bend over backwards to delight their customers.They don’t just have an amazing collection of lightings and chandeliers, their customer service is world class! As one who trains global organizations on Service Excellence, trust me, I know quality service when I see one. LBX has it!My first visit to LBX was a very interesting experience. One of the people I met and interacted with, was Michael, the very friendly and Courteous owner of the place. He was attending to other customers when I got there and after welcoming me, he invited me and the other guests to listen to this song he had composed. When he began to play this lovely song on the Grand Piano, he got us all so enthralled that we could hardly take our eyes off him. After that he played us another lovely song also composed by him.To say I was impressed is an understatementLBX Lighting is it for me! It’s more than just the lighting or furniture it’s about the relationship skills of Mike and his staff.I would choose LBX anytime anyday.!

This looks like any light store on Fondren but it isn't. This is a true place to make your home beautiful. It is more than the creative items....I purchased an item I saw nowhere else. It is the SERVICE built upon an owner who authentically cares about YOU. Don't bother going anywhere else. I can't wait for installation in our remodeled room!

David Taylor is using his wife's Google account to let the world know how pleased we both are with the restoration and repair of her favorite reading lamp. Michael and his crew at LBX Lighting provided extraordinary service and persistence in dealing with a multitude of problems with the lamp. LBX is also a great source for hard to find bulbs. He is our go to guy for all our lighting needs going forward.

We call for service on a ceiling fan and they showed up in 20 minutes. The repairmen, led by Jose, were knowledgeable and efficient. They have the ceiling fan up and running within 30 minutes. The price was the same as quoted. We highly recommend them.

All I can say is, this is MY go to store for any lighting I need for my home. Upon first entry of the store I was amazed. Customer service was astonishing from any customer service I have ever received from any establishment. Michael was outstanding, his service was not about making a big sale, it was all about what is going to look good in your home and you are going to enjoy it. Michael is very concern of your desires and needs and not wants. I received a Thank You call after my purchase. I received a call after installation was completed and another follow call of Thank you for your business. The install team was very professional and courtesy from start to finish. They didn't even take a break. I will definitely be going back for all my lighting fixtures. Yes I purchased all 3 from Michael and am going back for the fourth one soon..

Where do I start! From the time I walked into this elegant store the owner Michael and the General manager was fantastic! They made me feel at home taking the time to help me and answer all my questions to my Chandelier needs. I am a Realestate investor and I needed a chandelier for my new project.I ultimately went with the piece in the picture! Michael made sure that not only I pick the right chandelier but he also educated me on several designs. Michael team was able to schedule The install same day and the Techs were punctual, carful, and skilled! I definitely recommend LBX lighting for your chandelier needs!

Recently went to LBX for a problem with my recessed light. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested it. All for a price better than just good. They offered me a choice of beverages while I waited. Their service is like the service we used to get years ago in this country but rarely see anymore. I highly recommend Michael and his whole business for any of your lighting needs.

We went to LBX lighting last Saturday. We needed a 2 story chandelier. We looked around and we had a wonderful guy, Dennis wait on us. He showed us what they had and we decided on one. The owner Michael came over and he was answering all the questions we had. The following Tuesday they had 3 guys come and hang this very large and heavy 2 story chandiler. The fact that this store has this option of having great electricians is a huge plus. You buy it and then they come out and hang it. They were very professional. I can’t tell you enough how much I love this lighting place on Fondren. I have used them several other times and each time the experience is top notch. Michael cares about his customers. He remembers us when we come in.
