Always enjoy this spot cause the app will let me know if it’s busy or not. BUT WHEN THE ATTENDANT LEAVES AND THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT ON DUTY, HOW THE HECK CAN YOU LEAVE THE TOILETS LOCKED UP FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS?????The attendant that was on duty should have been patient and wait for a suitable replacement.Where else can one go when there aren’t other options or businesses are open at 7am???Otherwise 5 stars would have been given.Tony is a good dude.

This employee Tony here at Laundry 4 U on Veteran Memorial is very rude. My husband went to the restroom and when my husband came out the restroom the employee Tony comes and tells me to go clean the restroom after my husband. My husband did not go pee on the floor. Tony was very rude telling me I have a dirty husband. We always had wash here but not after today!!!

Literally been using this laundry mat for a little over 3 years now and tonight was the VERY FIRST TIME I’ve ever witnessed an employee wiping the machines down.Manuel wiped down EVERY SINGLE machine down.Without a doubt I will continue being a customer here from seeing that alone.

I've been coming to this establishment because of the professional staff and cleanliness. I love how Jay does her duties and handles any questions customers might have. I never had any issues and this is the reason I'll always come back. Keep up the good work Jay ??.

They have very good facilities, excellent washing and drying equipment, there is no doubt about that. What I didn't like and why I wouldn't come to this laundry again is because I came at 3 in the morning to wash and the man in charge of cleaning is bothered by doing his job. The simple act of opening the door for me bothered him too much. When I wanted to go to the bathroom because I needed it, he made a very obvious gesture of annoyance for that reason and did not even deign to ask me if I would go in or not, I chose to leave. Terrible customer service from the early morning staff. I can't wait for my clothes to come out of the dryer so I can leave this place. Super good, it's a shame they don't have the staff up to par with their facilities.

Whenever I have an emergency and I have to do my laundry very late or very early I drive 15 minutes here. But today, the boy who is at the moment I must say is quite rude. We are only two customers and because I walked to put coins in the dryer machine (about to stop) and the floor had not yet dried, he was quite rude to me, and I told him that I was going to post the review for being rude. I haven't stopped knocking down doors, throwing trash cans ?? I'm desperate for my clothes to finish drying so I can leave here and never come back, just so I don't run into this rude person.

Actually a really good laundromat. All the washers and dryers worked and you can pay on your phone with the QR code off the washers and dryers so you don’t need to have any cash

Worst place ever. That's all I gotta say. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS FILTH AGAIN!!!! Not only that. The staff that was working had no manners, rude.

Nice & clean place. The young hispanic guy Manny helped out my disabled mother with her laundry. Seriously, such a good guy. Wish more places had workers like him who care about helping out the elderly and disabled.

My washer died and this is the 1st time using Laundry-4U services.The Laundry-4U experience is great nice and quiet. The machines are new and wash and dry fast 2 loads and I was done less than an hour.They offer free Wi-Fi and a friendly helpful staff.10 out of 10 will try again
