You Can Fit A Lot Of Clothes Into The Smallest Washer. There Is Working Wifi & That Is Also Very Excellent.The Downsides Are Many Machines Are Inoperable At Times & Much Of The Tables & Furniture Is Dirty. Many People Enjoy Short Cycles, I Am Sure, But Would Appreciate A Little Longer Wash. Even After Adding Extra Wash & Rinse, Max Is 34 Minutes. Overall, Worth Coming To Launder My Clothes.”

“So I’m visiting from out of town. Had to do a little washing. So spinexpress and decided to try them out. As soon as I enter the door (I guess Nel could tell I was not use to outside washers) so Nel offer her assistance with whatever I needed help with. That’s what I call customer service. No negative attitude. Friendly, good attitude, very helpful and nice persona. Places like this with nice always make you feel comfortable and want to come back. I will come back next time I have to wash. Because experience and workers attitude means everything when I’m out of my normal environment.”

“A few months ago, I ordered a gown preservation kit from David's Bridal. We got married years ago, but were in the process of moving long distance, so I thought it'd work out really well to have my gown shipped to the preservation facility then out to our new address so I didn't have to stress about the dress being lost or damaged during a move. The kit arrived quickly and was very self explanatory, including a very obvious *please don't forget the packing slip* on the box. So what happened next is entirely on me. I think I mistook another document for the packing slip, or maybe my brain was just out to lunch that day, but somehow I ended up sending my dress out without the packing slip which I later found in the bottom of the box the kit came in. I thought well, nothing I can do about it now. Months passed and I guess I just assumed my mistake caused me to lose my dress forever, but eventually I reached out via email and got a phone call the very next day to confirm that the dress they had sitting around without a packing slip was indeed mine. They don't just ship it out without a packing slip because they want to make sure it's going to the right place. It was shipped out to me ASAP and now I have my delicately preserved gown to display. My husband had the sweetest reaction to seeing the dress again. Overall, highly recommend this service, just don't be like me and *please remember the packing slip.* I really appreciate that they were able to help me even though I was objectively an idiot. five stars”

edited to say I still stand by my previous review but whoever is the lady that works Wednesday mornings needs to be talked to or fired. This is the second time I come on a Wednesday morning and she is just absolutely rude for no reason and unprompted. She’s also extremely stingy when it comes to free dryer days. She’s the only employee I have a big issue with. I fought with her last time & this time I held my tongue because I don’t need issues today but she fought with another customer. Something needs to be done about her. I’m uncomfortable coming in the mornings just at the thought of having to deal with her.”

“Been here multiple times and always very clean and machines work great much better than home machine for comforters and big loads can get it done in one hr instead of days. Day staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions. They have card system instead of coins and will show you how to use it which save alot of time and very convenient. “I like the machines here as they are newer however most of the time I have to use extra time for drying, for some reason I always have issues getting my clothes dry. The machine does run for about 30 minutes, but I think they have it turned down to not get too hot. I don't really know. I don't see any other complaints here about it and don't notice other people having issues when I am doing laundry. I have worked out a system now that I just start a new dryer when i am done, and put everything that is still damp in at that time, it is just something I haven't expierenced at other laundromats. My biggest complaint is about how small this place is. They have folding tables right in the middle of the aisles, so if your clothes are in a dryer, there is usually someone standing right if front of where you need to go to get your clothes out of the dryer. I just wish it was larger, I understand if they didn't have the folding tables there not everyone would not be able to fold their clothes. This place is always busy, I have tried going at different times but it is usually about the same. The staff has always been helpful, even though I don't speak spanish, which is sometimes a problem. They are usually always cleaning the machines and wiping everything down. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is, it is such a cramped space and never getting all my clothes dry, but I am still willing to drive from downtown to wash my clothes there.”
