From the reception desk, to the lash room & eye brow area, all were welcoming and quiet. I went in for the Y lash extensions and Ashley prepped my lashes by giving a lash bath and Amber had a soft touch doing my extensions. Kelvin did beautiful work on a clients eyebrows so I decided to add on a tint and wax treatment. He even mapped out my brows before starting. Thank you! I love how it all came out!

Amber is great at her job. She is master in eyebrows and lashes. I’m frequently seen her for my lashes and this time I did my eyebrows micro shading. It’s pretty and she did it well done.

I am not new to getting lamination but new to this location and I did not have a great experience…my appointment was at 5:45pm for a lamination ($75 service with non-refundable $30 deposit). The lady did not tend to me until 6:18. Lamination does not include shaping or waxing, you’re paying for the cream to be placed on. After 10 mins time went off, she added another few minutes because she said “hair thick.” The time went off again and she was nowhere to be seen….i had to call out to her to get the perm sorted because this is a chemical you can’t just sit on. She applied another cream “step 2” and offered to wax and trim if I wanted…to be honest anyone can place the cream themselves following simple instructions - for $75 at the very least shape and trim the eyebrows.
Another person was brought out to continue my service - I had two people hovering over me speaking another language not understanding what is happening, while receiving comments from the other person about my hair being thick. It was an overall uncomfortable experience and they need to do better on tending to their customer on time specially since the have this non-refundable deposit for customers.
