The service I received was spectacular, I couldn't ask for more. There's s difference with people who genuinely care for the customer vs looking at you like a dollar sign. The moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and directed exactly where to go. After the initial conversation about what services were needed
my vehicle was taken immediately and received updates throughout the day. Natalie made my experience with Land Rover Southwest an unforgettable one. I was provided transportation to my home and was notified that my vehicles parts were in and my vehicle would be ready first thing Monday morning. I will continue to have my vehicle service at this establishment due to the service and professionalism of the staff. Thank you again Team Land Rover Southwest.

Couldn’t have ask for a better service department, fast officiant and very knowledgeable. They got me in and out and handle all my services needs in a timely manner. This was my first experience with the southwest store and will definitely be contacting back. The entire staff was great!!!

The pickup and delivery support is 5-star exceptional. Having my vehicle in for the same issue twice within weeks is not exceptional. Also, finding several "smudges" on the drivers side upon return is of great concern. I've hand-washed my truck twice and never saw these smudges, but upon delivery this last time, I could easily see them. Being told that these "smudges" were part of something that happened prior to coming to your shop is very disconcerting. I did have the truck picked up and my service rep said they would try to remove them, but they remain.
There is more, but I have better things to do so I'll end this here.

Land Rover is great. I purchased my truck in 2018 and I have only exceptional service when visiting this location. My favorable service Advisor is Mark Ledezma, I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism. 10 out 10's

Kevin in the service department, Travis Thibodeaux sales manager, and Victoria who’s coached me on new ownership has made this the best buying experience I’ve had in my life.
