If you can avoid going to this location, do so. I don’t normally write reviews but this Labcorp location has infuriated me. They never answer the phone, ever. The lady that took my blood said she would fax my results to my Dr but it still hasn’t happened, this was over a week ago now. I have tried and tried to call but no one ever answers, nor has anyone returned my call after I have left numerous messages. Do not go here! All these bad reviews are here for a reason.

Apparently appointments mean nothing to this place. Made an appointment for 11:15am, get there and the room is full of walk-ins. They see every single one of these walk-ins before the people who actually bothered to make an appointment. After sitting for 45 minutes I had to just get up and leave as I had other obligations coming up. Ridiculous. What's the point of even offering an appointment system if all you do is stick appointments in the back of the line behind walkins?!

The worst. Expect to wait 1+ hour for routine lab work or any other service. It's happened to me every time for a h past 3 years. No one is ever available at the front for a quick drop off. Piss poor customer service.

Excellent, experienced and friendly staff member. This location needs one additional staff member to reduce the wait time. Saw at least three people leave after waiting a period of time.

Awful service…Long waits even when you’re the only one there. Check in process is done electronically, with no human backup if you’re having trouble. I left after waiting 45 minutes without any interaction with a person. Go to Quest Diagnostics if you can…

I don't understand why all the LabCorp locations closes at 4:00pm during the weekdays when there are patients who have to be see after work. (IE, 5:00pm). There are 2 locations in the Kingwood/Humble area yet only one is opened til 12pm on a Saturday. There are other places, like Quest, that are more consumer-friendly with their business hours, and the number of phlebotomists that are on hand. Quests' process is ran smoothly.Twice,my doctor wanted me to go to Lab Corp for the blood draw because he was looking for specific things that Quest unfortunately didn't have the ability to run tests for.. And twice, the next available appointment was in two weeks. The first time was Urgent so I had to pay $85 for a company to come to my home to draw the blood and deliver it to Labcorp for processing. This second time, I'm literally sitting in the Labcorp facility at201 KINGWOOD MEDICAL DR A100 · KINGWOOD, TX 77339. I showed up as a walk in and was the third person here. There are more patients than there are chairs! And I'm now told there is ONLY ONE PHLEBOTOMIST that works Saturdays. Speaking to all the other patients in the waiting room, 90% are walk-ins because they also couldn't get an appointment.45 minutes to an hour later, it's finally my turn to get my blood drawn. The phlebotomist was really nice. He had a great personality. Watching him work, I realized why it takes so long between patients...The phlebotomist has to manually enter in the physicians orders, the procedural codes, diagnosis codes, and insurance information before he can draw the blood. So everything I entered on Labcorps website, and again when I signed in, didn't even show up in thier system. Ugh!!I really wish LabCorp would think more about their patients needs. They should stop focusing on cutting corners by keeping their doors open at least til 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm to accommodate those who can't take off work...And by God, they need to have way more lab techs in their facilities so people dont have to wait so long.

The technicians are never the problem. It's always that the system is down and there is only ONE staff member for the facility.

The office experience and customer service could be significantly improved. I witnesses an elderly woman who struggled to walk come in and ask the staff questions that were answered in short, curt sentences. Additionally, she mentioned that she had called the office and left voicemails several times, but never received a call back. That is why she was forced to come in person. The nurse/tech never once apologized, kept her arms crossed, and made silly excuses for the poor communication. I don't plan on coming back here after seeing that sort of treatment toward the elderly.

While I could not get an appointment until 2:15 pm today, I took a chance on walk in at 7:30, was able to get my appointment time reset to 7:45am and was able to get my blood taken immediately by a Deana(sp?) who was excellent and did the best job ever of drawing my sample. Could not have asked for better. Thanks. Sorry I failed to get the spelling of your name down right. You were a great representative for LabCorp.

Maybe, just maybe, you could tell people when they're scheduling an appointment that you don't do drug screens at the location.
