While the individual at the front desk of this location isn't going to win any personality contests, the staff here has always done a very good job. Tangela L (I hope that's correct) was excellent. I always use this location. I'm taken in on time, and out in less than 10 minutes.

The service is very good, everyone is very kind, especially José, I told him that I didn't like taking blood and he was very careful, it didn't hurt at all, he gave me the fax number for an order that I needed to send to me, thank you very much for your help, José is a excellent ?? worker

I had a very pleasant experience today 10/18/23. I arrived on time, and was directed by a very nice receptionist to sign in. I was then taken to the back by Jose Rueda who was not only super informative but also very gentle with the bloodwork. My appointment was at 9:35 and I was out of there by 9:50. I don’t recommend any other labcorp except for this one. I’ve had horrible experiences at other facilities, on NW Fwy inside HCA hospital and the one on Fallbrook (the employees there are lazy and extremely rude, I was turned away both times).

Facility is nice; not a long wait - staff seemed unprepared or informed for tests, and not very pleasant. I left with a test to complete at home (no bag, had to hold everything in my hands, along with my purse) - and the test was sent home with two main components missing - the requisition sheet and biohazard bag. Good luck getting through to them on the phone.

Facility is nice - building wise; not a long wait - staff however, seemed unprepared or informed for tests and had to call someone else on the phone for help) - and NO one is very pleasant here at all. I left with a test to complete at home (no bag to hold the items, had to hold everything in my hands, along with my purse) - and the test was sent home with two main components missing - the test requisition sheet and biohazard bag to put everything back in to bring back. Good luck getting through to them on the phone - I have tried for five days to get ANYONE on the phone without success. The receptionist at this location is the worst I have ever dealt with in nearly 50 years of having to deal with medical issues.

UPDATE: 4 stars for LabCorp, 5 stars for Paula. She was respectful, understanding, and patient. LabCorp’s policy versus the employees can sometimes be conflicting, hence the updated review. Hope this helps.22AUG2023 (previously 1 star) Was sent to this location by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Did some research and spouses are allowed at other labs not associated with LabCorp. In short, not accommodating with religious preference. Their policy will add to the challenges you may already be facing when it comes to IVF. Staff appears to be abrasive as well.

To start with them charge three times the actual cost of the procedure, second the people working there are very rude when it comes to giving your information/answering questions, and when you call to ask about the result they don't want to give you information and hang up on you the worst lab place ever, 100% don't recommend anyone to go here.

Hands down Veronica B was the best phlebotomist I have ever had . She had to draw 6 vials and I barely felt a thing. I have always been told that it is quite hard to draw blood from me as my veins are too small or the roll too much but Veronica was absolutely amazing - barely felt a thing got it on the first try.

Don't know how to take care of customers. People didn't understand but also said they didn't understand and spoke softly, so I asked again and the person hung up immediately. I called a second time but the person still hung up very quickly as if I was afraid I would waste their time. Very bad, very bad experience

Labcorp has been incorrectly billing my employer's insurance for months and it is causing a lot of problems. First, they billed active duty military insurance group TRICARE when it says TRIWEST, blamed the physician's office, then physician's office reported they submitted the information Houston VA provided with authorized numbers, and my employer had to personally contact the insurance company to have them contact Labcorp - to which they said - IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. Well, two months later, they billed my employer through someone else's insurance company in the family without anybody's authorization. This is crazy lol.
