The prices are really good for the meat if you’re buying in bulk. But the area is not always worth the drive to get there. It’s kind of sketchy after dark. Know what you want when you get there because the first time I went I had a question about whether or not they had different types of beef from different farms. Such as do they have any that are grass fed organic humanely treated anything like that and when I asked the butcher just gave me a look like I was the dumbest person on the planet and then he pointed at the meat and asked me if I wanted strips ground or steak and I asked him again about where they get their meat from and he just went onto the next person said he would come back to me. When he came back I knew not to ask the question again so I just got something else and went and got my beef from a place that was able to explain to me where their food comes from. I know it seems like a small and insignificant thing but it matters to me and I thought they going to a specialty butcher shop instead of the grocery store that I would be able to find what I was looking for. Either way I got the sausage and chicken I need it for the gumbo and I got about a good price and I went somewhere else to purchase the steaks.

Very good service from the cashiers, only that they have a butcher who always wants to sell you more than what you asked for, if you ask for 1 lb, they give you 2. It's the only thing they need to improve.
