First time visiting this store. I was amazed of all the variety of products and produce they have. Organized and well stocked. We had to try their food, it was delicious, and their aguas frescas were superb!! The staff was kind and friendly. If I ever go back to Texas I’m going back to this place for sure. I highly recommend this place.

I arrived to buy takeout and the kitchen ladies were already cleaning. I only asked them for a shrimp cocktail because I understand that they were already on their way out, but even so, they all gave me a tremendous pout, from the kitchen staff to the cashier ??♀️

Zero stars given I went there this morning and among other things I stood waiting to be helped at the meat department with no customers ahead of me, two guys listening to music and working on something else, after about 5 minutes I said good morning ( it was around 8:30 am) after I said good morning, one of them in a rude manner responded " Que Quiere" I wanted to buy 4 lbs of milanesa de pollo, and the guy behind the meat counter told me there wasn't any, I told him can you slice it, I can wait, he said " No we do not cut the milanesa on the spot, come back later when we have it ready, I hope the people in charge look into this, this is not the first time I have had a bad experience here, this guy looked like he wasn't happy to be working there, he needs to learn some manners and customer service skills.

Very bad service at 5.30 pm I went to buy ground meat and they told me it wasn't available and I told them give me 4 pounds of steak and ground asmela and they told me we don't want to dirty the machine anymore I mean just because they didn't want to work aaaaa but if it were a woman with an excellent and young body until everyone comes together to take care of her. I hope those in charge pay attention to this type of workers who do not like to work.

Worse customer service, went past sunday to buy some chicharron I asked for the one they have at front and the lady attending didn’t sell it to me she wanted to give me the old one they had in the back, If a customer asks for something in specific it should be given to them, the customer is the top priority of a business and the employee should meet all customer needs.

came here for breakfast tacos worst decision ever.I went up to the kitchen/ food area to see what was it they had the two ladies were helping other gentleman I just wanted to see first before I bought & ask if they had egg with bacon.The woman asks me if i paid i said no I’m looking to see what yall have she tells me I have to pay. I ask if they have egg & bacon she says yesSo I go & pay. She’s having a full on conversation with her coworker that she barely pays attention to what she’s doingShe didn’t even ask me if I wanted beans in my tacos!When I paid it was only $4.00 for the two breakfast tacos not bad but the FOOD WAS AWFUL IT WAS DISGUSTING. Better buying the tacos from the gas station never again!

Awful, they steel from the shoppers. I bought 3 whole. Hi Ken's and ask the man to cut them in soup style. He weighted them and I didn't notice that he TOOK OUT the LEGGS after. So nit only that he weight them and on top took the legs out and gave me the 3bags for 3chicken yet incomplete. I have called over and over but they don't answer or keep you on hold. So they did this to me definitely they are doing this with most of their customer.. SHAME SHAME . ZERO start. Customer pay attention to your charges and your purchases...

Had their Menudo the pansitas were not ready, very hard.. They need to go back when they cooked it in oya all together. Do not serve it separately.. But if it was very clean, the Menudo lacked seasoning.. They need handmade flour tortillas..please
