I was disappointed when I went to eat there. I was disappointed because I ordered a beef broth and they gave me half the dish. I don't recommend it. I won't go to eat again.

They should change personnel, starting with the manager. If Mr. Ortega is still the owner, they should pay more attention. This store previously had good staff in all areas. Today it is as if customers are going to ask, make no mistake, one pays for each employee. What does this Michoacan woman have with her purchase?

Terrible service, bitterness on their faces, but personally I saw the lady clean a microwave oven with a dirty cloth and she didn't even wash her hands when she grabbed the tortillas for my tacos... they should reinforce customer service and handling of food. I don't think I will buy anything from this place again.

Went to take a lunch and was disgusting, tortillas weren't cooked, pork was cold and desebrada still not fully cooked.
I went to eat and the tortillas were not heated well, the pork stew was cold and the desebrada was raw.

I purchased $80 worth of oxtails from this location and the meat was rotten and had a dreadful smell. I attempted to take the meat back and they wouldn’t exchange it or give me my money back due to me not having a receipt. This is unacceptable because I am a regular customer. I will not shop at this store or any other Michocana meat markets.
