I HOPE THIS MESSAGE IS READ BY THE OWNER OR MANAGER, THE STORE IN ITS MERCHANDISE BOTH BAKERY, FOOD AND BUTCHER I DO NOT HAVE ANY OBJECTION BECAUSE THEY BUY EVERYTHING, WHAT DOES SEEM DEPRORABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE TO ME ARE ITS EMPLOYEES, BUTCH STORE WITHOUT PROBLEM TODAY A young woman was alone, even though she couldn't reach the counter, she was very kind and smiling. I went to the food and fresh water area and people ignored you, they were crossing, they were coming until I asked who was there, for this a lady was already waiting, after THIS COMES A MAN TO SERVE ME TELLING ME YOU HAVE TO PAY FIRST AND THEN COME TO ORDER, I mean THE WAITING TIME TO SERVE ME, I TURN AROUND AND ONLY A CASHIER WITH A LONG LINE, EVEN THOUGH I, WITH ALL MY EDUCATION, TELL THEM GOOD WEEKEND AND I SAID GOODBYE GIVING THANKS, EVEN THOUGH YOU SAY, THANK YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE WORKING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THAT FACE AS THEY HAVE THEM STRENGTH, I AS A MANAGER CALL A MEETING AND FORCE MY EMPLOYEES TO KINDLY ATTEND THAT ANNEXED WITH THEIR FRESH AND QUALITY, THAT STORE WOULD BE A SUCCESS.

It's been two times now that I'm having a bad experience that in the kitchen area the staff are very terrible, they always look unfriendly, they are very slow to serve you and finally when you order fajita tacos they tell you that there is no fajita and you have to wait 40 to 60 minutes for them to prepare it, when in other Michoacans if it is finished quickly they prepare it, they throw it on the grill and it is ready in 10 minutes but in this place the lady told me heavily that there was none and they didn't make it because it would take a while 40 to 60 minutes giving me the paper in case I wanted my money back, people like that should not work with clients, be careful the owners or managers should be more aware of these types of situations, for this reason I give it a 3 stars

Don't buy here yesterday I ordered marinated chicken fajita so I could eat it at the BBQ today and the stupid people gave me for tacos, I'm not Mexican and besides where the hell am I going to make it if it's going to fall on the grill I need my money back because No one here is going to eat that and it's the only thing I can eat because of a health problem. Now I have to spend the day hungry because someone didn't do their job. I'm calling about 10 times to tell them and they don't answer. For the record, I write this. review.

Good store but if you are going to eat there I do not recommend. No recomiendo la comida ahí. Mal servicio no tienen fajita ni salsa verde like come on what kind of place doesn’t have salsa ? bad service they don’t give you anything you have to be asking for spoon limón etc… no recomiendo este lugar

This place is a gem. Great service. Great meat. I went there looking for calf liver and chorizo (beef). They Have both of them, good quantity, quality, and a good price. So even Gringo likes it.

Had a great experience!
Usually when I go to a Michoacana I have a bad experience but yesterday was actually good. Esther L. Was a very sweet cashier & patient! Even though the line was building up.
the location was clean small though but had a lot of variety of things! Definitely coming back here if I ever need to go to a Michoacána. :)

Not worth spending ur money on there kitchen cooked menudo ?? after spending $ 50 dollars on menudo ,we get home to eat with the family and there was hardly no medudo it was full of homony & lots of caldo but no meat / or menudo , AGAIN DONT RECOMMEND PPL SPENDING THERE MONEY ON THERE MENUDO

I bought 4 carnitas tacos, everything was good, but what stood out the most was the way they cut the onion, hahaha it seems like it was cut by the gods themselves, I will leave the photos for you to seeDo you think this is the way to cut the onion? What barbarians! Do things with love and if you don't want to do it, go home and leave the work to a person who really likes to work. Just look at the little pieces of onion.

I’m giving 4 stars because the food I ordered was fresh and tasty. Not really sure what it is called but I enjoyed it. The prices are a little high. I do recommend this place.

When ordering the cooked fajitas with mix veggies they put too much veggies and charge you the weight of the meat which is a total rip off. Just wish they could just sell you the cooked meat without the veggies mixed into it that way you're truly paying for the meat.

Didn’t feel welcome at this locationFood was alright nothing to brag about but they make you extra just for cheese, onions & cilantro.The servers were a lil rudeDefinitely won’t be back.
