Food wasn't fresh on serving line and the prep fruit cup had white film fungus on the watermelon and strawberries which contaminated the whole cup for me. Also, they served the non edible parts of the pineapple too like the core and the butt end. That's not right charging people $5.31 for a fruit cup and half you can't eat. They need to be careful. I know my fruit so I dodged a bullet but someone else can get salmonella. I have gotten food poison before and I am glad I checked it out before eating. I just know not to eat any prep meals or buy produce from this franchise ever again. Chips and drinks only. (Fingers crossed)
Pro: The restroom n the store upkeep is great tho.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
The food was simply HORRIBLE, I ordered a package of 8 gorditas and the lady didn't even know what she was talking about, she asked me what I wanted my gorditas and I told her fajita and she told me we don't have any…. I told him about carnitas and he gave me pure nerves, bones and the occasional piece of meat swimming in oil... totally disillusioned with this place.

I bought 29dl of meat for tacos and when I opened the package it gave me a strange smell... but I thought it was because my nose was sensitive, it hadn't even been a hour since I had bothered it... when I put it to cook it started a horrible smell The whole house stinks... I took it back to the butcher shop, apart from the fact that they treated me very poorly, they didn't want to return it to me and they only wanted to give me part of the money that I had paid, and the police also wanted to throw me out because I started to record, and he told me that he couldn't record because there were some of the workers there and that the girl was a minor. Finally they called the manager named Carlos and he immediately said that they would return my money. So be very careful to verify before paying that the meat you are paying for is clean and in good condition.

Honestly it's a pretty good place I like getting rambutan here except some of the food is expired sometimes and they are pretty nice to me and my little sister so kid friendly I guess

Very bad experience with this branch, it says on the website that it opens at 6, I waited until 6.45am and the cashier had not arrived, I had to leave without breakfast.

Terrible customer service as stated in many comments. Stopped by to grab a few things and tried to keep an open mind. However, while standing in line to pay the cashier walked away without saying anything and I had to walk to the other line. Store is clean and we'll stocked.

The schedule says that the hours are from 7am to 9am
But you arrive at 8:50pm and they tell you that it is already closed because they close at that time
If the schedule is like that, you should let it be known that they close 10 minutes earlier so that people can take our time to arrive before that time.
