The cashiers of this Michoacana are extremely rude and haughty, I suppose they believe that they are the owners of the place, their attention is deplorable and contemptuous towards the customers, it made me sad to see how they were treating some young people who seem to be newcomers to the country and they don't know many things, they should change personnel and prepare them for customer service, including the manager. As a requirement I put one star because they don't deserve any.

Terrible service at the food buffet.
The “manager” thought she was the owner when I told her that I would report her to the manager, she laughed mockingly and speaking in a low voice she said, finally tell him the manager is stupid and never does anything, we employees send him, he is a fearful person.
The truth was expressed very badly about him that in the end it was her who looked bad and just because I asked her for my meats without tallow she told me that if I wanted them the way she gave them to me or that I should vacate the space, I go to that place very often. store since it is close to where I live and there are many employees who know how to do their job but that lady in charge of the fuffet is very rude and unfortunately her colleagues have to put up with her because they all go to the same job so they don't I advise you to go buy some lunch because that lady can give you poison, her brother-in-law is not very good. No one is to blame if she goes through difficult situations at home, it is assumed that she is showing up for work and the worst thing is for her manager to express herself like that. The person who gave him the opportunity to have a job seemed unfair and ordinary to me.

In the butcher shop they give you what they want, in the bakery you have to choose the bread because there are trays with spoiled bread, you tell the managers and they don't even say thank you. I hope this comment helps them improve or train their staff later. Of everything we buy there we make sure they have jobs

Since they opened, I have been stopping by in the mornings for bread or breakfast and lunch, drinks, etc.But there is a cashier who makes a bad-humored face at all the customers, cement workers, pool owners in the mornings and today, Saturday 6, 2024, with a character as if they were asking for credit. Before, there was a young girl Nancy who received you with a smiling attitude that you felt happy.

Meat is old. I usually go to Veterans Memorial location but decided to go here since I was passing by. Never again. This is not the first time that they gave me old meat. I came here long time ago and same thing happened. They put one fresh slice of meat on top to hide the old one. Didn't notice until I got home. Just don't go to this location. Disgusting ?

Yesterday I was in this store with my friends and my dog! A not very nice lady ordered my dog to be taken out saying that I couldn't have her there ? If they don't allow entry with pets, they should put up a super big sign that says so so that you don't enter with your pets!!! I feel discriminated against and my dog was carrying her, not on the floor!!! I will never go back to that store again.

It's a store where you can't trust on cashier's they charge you doble for some products and when you ask for refound they get mad or tried to ashamed you with the other's costumers because you ask for your money back.. wich is your right to ask for your money back when you paid something doble .. no friendly service, they get grumpy for nothing...
