Since the new administration has been in place, significant changes have been seen, especially in the kitchen. I am a #1 fan of Doña Laura's food.

They are no longer like before, they should hire real cooks, the food is more but what I have eaten has no taste of anything and the food is old, reclaimed for several days.

They need staff who are more active during the meal, not all of them have the patience or the time they take to provide the food at lunch time.It is understandable when it is very full but it is the last straw that there is no one and still they go around and around
