Stay away from this place after dropping off my boot they took 2 months, almost for them to resole them one's I finally got them back and the hill fell off the second time I wore them over price please junk

Went to pick up my boots today and a belt had pretty good experience. Also got the opportunity to meet the owner all in all very good customer service. I’ll definitely go back and buy another pair of boots. I recommend this place.

This place has a bunch of solid options for boots. Every color, style, and material. They seem to specialize in making custom boots. This is not Boot Barn or Cavender’s prices though ⬆️

I bought a pair of Caiman boots there about a year and a half ago. I’ve worn them less than 10 times and they are already falling apart on the heel. Also, the overall quality of the boot (stitching, heel construction, and sole) is not worth the price. I found this place on instagram and thought I’d give them a try, but the price and quality don’t match up. I wouldn’t buy here again.

La Hacienda Boot Co. remade my boots, and I couldn’t be happier! I get to enjoy them again for many more years in a new style that look, fit and feel amazing! La Hacienda Boot Co. is great craftsmanship and great people! I recommend them to everyone!

They Have No Professionalism Or Organization My Daughter Paid To Reserve A Date For The Event Hall They Have For My Granddaughter's Quinceañera And They Changed The Date As They Already Had That Date Reserved And They Didn't Even Apologize Or Discount They Gave Her They Behaved As Arrogant Arrogant Despots Remember To Growing up in a business requires loyalty, humility and education and I was a witness. I was there when my daughter paid her reservation.

If i could leave less then one star i would. I orderd boots, they did not make the boots correctly. They refused to refund or compensate for their mistake. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place ever. If you need boots get them somewhere els.

Sofia helped me find a belt that matched my boots I already owned. This place is more a boutique experience for sure! Customer service is A1! They have custom boots (what they are known for) I’ll be back for sure!

I just want to say be careful if you make a purchase in this place I went for some boots for my brother but he didn't like the color after sending him a photo of the boots I decided to change them for the color my brother wanted, but they didn't have it At the store I decided to return them and get my money back and they didn't want to, they told me that they couldn't return the money, which was the policy, but they never let me know before making the purchase, practically they want you to buy with them by force.
