This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a gym. My car got broken into twice at this location, costing me hundreds of dollars to fix, and you would think if you paid $65 a month, they’d do something about it, nothing was done about the situation. The police in the area could not do much either. The day I decide to cancel my membership, they charge me an annual fee of a year that I will not even be in, which is a complete robbery. The staff are not trained properly to correct situations. After I’m relieved from giving birth, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to the pool of your fitness center for four years and I was satisfied with everything, but today I observed such a situation. I was standing at the reception and two elderly women came in. Both wore long dresses and scarves on their heads. I wouldn't have paid attention to them if they hadn't swim in the pool in these clothes. I admit that people may have their own traditions, but I don't want to swim with them, as there are hygiene standards and special swimming suits and showers before the pool. I ask you to take into account these hygiene requirements when concluding contracts with customers and hang on an announcement in the pool about the rules for using the pool. By the way, this was the second such case I have seen in four years.
In general, the fitness center is good in economy class.

The AC at this location is broken most of the time. It’s so hot inside. Especially during summer, it’s nearly impossible to breathe when many people work out.

This location absolutely dirty, kids room no A/C completely ridiculous! . I will dispute any transaction or payment coming from the gym. Make cancelation easier and more available for people with jobs that cannot make it to the gym on time to find a manager available that can help with cancelation. Instead of doing that to keep people from canceling the gym try fixing maintenance issues or simply clean the gym.

I stopped going to this location because of its extremely poor management and the basketball court NEVER has AC. It always so hot in there and it’s a safety hazard!!

Honestly the worst. I only put 2 starts because the cleaning lady does such a great job cleaning and no bad smells. But the rest of the staff ??. Cant find any dumbbells even when the gym is almost empty. I was literally looking everywhere from one room to another trying to find the dumbbells, and the worst part is that I saw the staff looking at me doing that and no one got up to help even though it was obviously, instead they kept sitting down talking and laughing like they’ve been the past couple hours. Even though I understand that lots of people leave weights everywhere and don’t rerack, but when its super slow and all you’re doing is sitting down thats beyond my understanding. Its crazy how i’m paying for a membership but I’m doing the staffs job, maybe you should cut staff and save money and lower the membership since we end up reracking anyways.

Gotta give them 1 star this place is extremely mismanaged. Basketball gym is usually down because of the floors being messed up and most importantly it’s a safety hazard to be there because they use AC where peopleWork out But if you’re trying to play basketball, they don’t care about you. They don’t have any AC in the gym half the time and it’s too hot to play basketball. Somebody for management needs to fix this. I plan on reaching out to corporate.

Fix the damn AC already!! This is already the 2nd summer working out in 85 degree temps inside. Don’t get me wrong I love a good sweat but when it’s to the point you can barely catch a deep breathe, that’s ridiculous. And it’s not just because of the heat outside, I go to several locations and it’s just this one.

Giving 3 stars but trying to be fair. Paola is awesome, she helped me a lot, very nice and polite and useful. It was my first time, and it might be premature but the machines are very old and rusty, it's too hot inside as if there is no AC running, and it's too crowded, what I hate about it is that they should place a time limit on the machine's usage time, as I saw many people gathering as a group and occupy a machine for 20-30 minutes or even longer, specially in cable machines areas. This is not your private home, it's a public place and they should share. Pros are it's a big gym, lots of machines and space, pool, jacuzzi, extra classes etc. and extended hours.

My gym closed down and we got transferred to this location. Told the staff member I was from Fitness 19 and he acted like that's the last thing he wanted to do. The gym is absolutely disgusting people will sweat lot use a machine then walk off leaving sweat dripping. Dumbbells and plates are left thrown throughout the gym. The dumbbells are very very unorganized. Worst gym experience ever. Bathrooms are dirty. And the front desk people are very unfriendly and there is no dress code

Ashton was polite and super welcoming. He is very personable and made sure me and my friend were satisfied with our visit. If you ever need someone to help you there, ask for Ashton!

I came back to this gym and signed up for personal training. So far its been good, Noah (one of the trainers there) is really knowledgable and passionate on what he does, I feel the same way with the trainer I was assigned to and I’m excited to work with them to reach my goals.

The cleaning lady who is Spanish lady was so rude. She was cleaning the restroom with both EarPod on won’t let me use restroom. I asked her very gentle that if she could let me use it or show me one around. She showed me with attitude but I couldn’t found it because no door was open. I came back and asked her again. She raise her voice on me and said you don’t see it. She even came out point her finger and say “one after that door” and left even the door was closed. So rude
